very disappointing
placed my order in June and the item never arrived. I contacted the seller several times throughout July and received no reply, exept for one email at the start. I paid for the product but was not reimbursed. I am still waiting, and based on the lack of delivery and communication, I believe this may be a scam.

15 days waiting for my order now. A .ie website suggests a business based in Ireland, so delivery should take only 1-2 days, but if you dig dipper, you'll see they're based in Sweden. Such a pain the regulations have changed and anyone can pretend are based wherever they want.

Item cancel request
I bought a few more of thePentel Dual Metallic Brush (love them) and Artline decorite pens as well as Steadtler pigment pastel brush pens set. I changed my mind about the set before the order was being put together so i emailed the company to cancel that but not the rest of the pens. The man who emailed me back was very quick and helped with my request very easily. I buy a good bit of my pens and inks from Pen Store and will continue to do so while the products and help from them is great
