I have just got home from 5 days away and Ive never felt so at ease knowing Leo was in the best hands!
Leo stayed with Alison for the time we were away and he has had the best time. Alison has gone above and beyond with the care she has given to Leo, we received daily updates and photos of him that showed us he was clearly happy and content!
Leo had a meet and greet at first, then a trial over night stay and then his own little holiday at Alison’s home and he absolutely loved her.
Thank you so much Alison, Leo cant wait for his next stay with you 🐾

We 1st contacted PetStay about a week or so before our holiday due to a problem with our original pet sitting service, so needed someone else.
We explained our situation and Ian was very helpful in recommending Jill. We had arranged to visit her a few days before we went but I had a wobble, I couldn't in all honesty leave our dog with someone, for nearly 2 weeks, who had only met for him for half an hour or so. I messaged Ian and explained and ask him to apologise to Jill, both were very understanding and we had a family member look after him.
Once we came back we contacted Ian again and arranged another meet with Jill, who was lovely, we booked our dog in for a day visit and both had a lovely day. We have him booked in for a weekend to see how they get on overnight and then hopefully we can confirm his stay with Jill for our holiday nxt year.
Both Ian and Jill have been very understanding with our situation and I feel like they will always do their best to accommodate our dog and ensure he is well cared for whilst with Jill, she is a very warm and caring person and her home is a very home form home for him .

Another hassle free booking with PetStay. Trust worthy pet sitters and Jeanette is amazing! She treats my nervous chihuahua Meg like shes her own with plenty of cuddles & kisses. Thank you again for making Meg feel so welcome in your home. Cannot fault pet stay at all, will definitely use them again 😊

From start to actually leaving our dog was very smooth and we were very happy to leave with the host . We were kept up to date whilst away with pictures and texts , i would recommend to anyone who is nervous about leaving a pet .

From our 1st contact with Clare, at PetStay, I felt we were dealing with a professional yet friendly person. After we were paired with Lewis we went over to meet him and knew straight away that Pepper would be in good hands. It was our 1st time leaving Pepper but we had no qualms. Lewis sent us updates and photos to reassure us she was ok. I cannot thank Lewis. Gary and Clare enough and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you PetStay. Claire and her team of dog carers always do everything possible to ensure our dogs are happy and comfortable in their holiday homes. The process is thorough, ensuring each dog is placed in an appropriate home and that all their needs are met. Petstay is my first choice of holiday home for our dogs. Their policies ensure our dogs are safe, although all the people who have looked after our dogs are so caring they would keep them happy and safe regardless.

I have used petstay for many years and never had a problem. Molly has stayed with Pete and Linda four times now and I am completely happy with all the care they give her while we are on holiday.

Chris looked after our boy Hugo as we were getting married abroad. He was brilliant, Hugo got quite poorly a few weeks before our wedding with his leg and we were worried Chris may not want the responsibility of having him which was understandable. We let Chris know and he was still happy to have him and keep u with Hugo's meds and strict rest regime. Thank you so so much we really appreciate you looking after our boy.

Anne is just great with my old diva of a poodle - no fuss, no bother, lots of cuddles and absolute trust that she's in good hands. Thanks as ever.

Jane was great through the whole process. Always willing to help.

Geraldine is the perfect fit for our dog Otti, he's is a high strung dog but she is able to handle him perfectly. We couldn't ask for anyone better.

We used petstay for the first time for our little gracie and she’s had a lovely 8 night stay with Faye and Dave. She’s been been so loved and well looked after. She settled very quickly. Faye is so lovely and sent daily photos and updates of Gracie. We didnt worry once. We will definately be back when planning our next holiday

We visited the lady twice before my dogs stay ensuring both were comfortable. It was home from home for my dog and the lady sent me photographs each day which were very reassuring.
I was very happy and would use Pet Stay again.

The booking process with PetStay was quick and easy and we know that the dog sitters will take good care of our dogs. We get regular updates including photos to show just how happy and contented they are. I cannot fault this service, much better than putting them in kennels.

Lola’s carer was carefully chosen for her and looked after really well. I was sent photographs every evening whilst on holiday which were a great comfort to me, seeing that Lola enjoyed her holiday too!

Another fantastic experience with PetStay. Jill gave us peace of mind that Blaze was well cared for, whilst we had a few days away. Thank you yet again.

Teddy and Buddy had another fabulous stay with Alison and Frankie! They always love their time with them and I am sure wish for the same level of “spoilt-ness” at home!

This is the second occasion we have left Honey in the care of Julia and Stephen and both times it is evident that they have taken Honey to their hearts and given her a holiday of her own! Julia and Stephen are very welcoming from the beginning and said they would miss Honey when she went home. Sophia, our PetStay link, is always very helpful in setting up the arrangements. Very happy to recommend PetStay.

Well jazzy has just had another fabulous holiday with andrea and her rommie estelle jazzy is treated as her own and she loves going there and misses them for awhile when shes back but soon settles back to her life here as a spoilt doggie.shes looking forward to another break before xmas.

We have used PetStay since our Jack Russell, Daisy, has been a puppy. She is 8 now and used the same carer Jeanette, usually twice a year. This is through the Lancashire franchise, Linda. We have never encountered any issues and Daisy has always been well loved and looked after. So much so, it's Auntie Jeanette! Daisy loves her. We have pictures and updates. And being a jack russell our dog isn't an angel and Jeanette was aware of this and knew how to deal in situations, or to avoid situations. Can't thank Jeanette enough!
