Rupert our cockapoo thoroughly enjoyed his holiday with Julia and Stephen. He hadn't seen them since December but he settled in very quickly. Never a dull day for him and they kept him cool and safe in the extremely hot weather of late June and July. He had cooling walks by river and sea and enjoyed cooling off in cafés. Julia sent videos and photographs nearly every day and it was reassuring to see him so relaxed happy and mischievous. Stealing Sylvia's slipper and running around garden with it. Rupert is a very affectionate dog and he had lots of cuddles with them both. We were delighted with his care in every area and Julia obviously groomed him as ge was in tip top condition. We would have no hesitation in recommending Julia and Steve as they are a thoroughly loving couple who adore dogs. We are getting our dates together to book with them again this year. Excellent carers.

Ruby stayed with David and Beth who were fantastic. They sent updates to let us know how she was getting on. She loved the walks and chilling in the garden. This was Ruby’s second stay with David and Beth and I will definitely book with them again.

Our blind cocker spaniel spent 13 days with Amanda when we went abroad. I found Amanda to be very competent, experienced & calm & it felt very reassuring to know that our dog was in such safe hands. We received regular videos & photos from Amanda who I could see went the extra mile to make sure our dog was comfortable & happy. I wholeheartedly can recommend Amanda & Alex who found Amanda for us- thank you Petstay!

Petstay take care of finding a suitable host for your pet. We've used them 4 or 5 times, and always felt relaxed that she's in a good place. Most recently Ann looked after our dog. Sent photos and updates, never off the lead. I think the dog had as nice a holiday as we did

We trust Linda implicitly to look after Muffin whilst we are away. She is so accomodating and genuinely enjoys having Muffin in her company. We could not wish for a better person to care for Muffin. Our grateful thanks.

Using Carole through PetStay gives me total peace of mind when I go on holiday. Our dog, Ollie - who is now an elderly gentleman loves staying at Carole’s he feels so at home, he is so happy and content from the minute he walks through the door, which is good to see.
Carole keeps us up to date regularly with photos and messages, letting us know how he’s enjoying his walks, meals and just generally chilling in her garden.
Finding PetStay and Carole was an absolute gem, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Barbara found us a lovely home boarder for our dog Lottie. I couldn’t have asked for any one better than Brenda and her daughter Amy to look after her. Fabulous service & professional. I can highly recommend and would definitely use this service again. Thank you so much.

Our Westies stayed with Alison from the Wirral and Chester area and we are so happy with how well she has looked after and cared for our dogs while we were on holiday. Upon meeting Alison our dogs took to her straight away as she has a lovely kind nature and they settled with her on an overnight break and enjoyed this before the holiday. Alison is so caring and ensured she kept me updated on how they were so I had piece of mind to relax on holiday. Alison sent me lots of pics and I could see how settled they were. Upon picking the dogs up it was clear to see how well they had been cared for and how happy they were with their new friend . Our 1 year old collie has just had his first stay with Jenny and Mark and we couldn't be happier with the whole process with PetStay. From our initial enquiry with Linda, to the actual stay, everything was straightforward and put our minds at ease. Vega had a lovely time and was treated as one of the family, plus we were sending daily updates and pictures so we knew he was happy and settled. He clearly loved staying there and we're now going to be planning future trips around their availability!

Hello our Skye stayed with Kate for the first time . And I can’t thank her enough she was amazing. We kept in touch and I loved getting my messages with photos and where they had been on their walks which was all new places for skye . Kate adapted to Skye’s needs and I couldn’t ask for more . I cannot recommend PetStay enough. My Chihuahua, Tutu went to her first home from home holiday with Jeanette.

Jeanette was wonderful and made Tutu's stay, just, like home. I felt at ease leaving my fur baby knowing she was going to be so cared for.

The next time I go away I won't hesitate to request Tutu stay with Jeanette again.

From start to finish we were 100% satisfied. Our little girl Missy is a full blown cockapoo diva. In the past has stayed in places with a handful of dogs but as she is a fussy eater wanted more of a 1 2 1. Met Fran and went through Missy needs and nothing was to much trouble as had to prepare and send home cooked foods so we knew she would eat. Fran provided multiple updates whilst we was away and we had the reassurance that she was settled. When we picked her up Missy was hesitant to leave as first 😂 but all we can say is that is was the best decision made as kennels isn't an option. Will definatley be using PetStay and Fran again for our next break away. Thank you so much.

Really happy with PetStay. Communication up front made it very clear how everything worked and what was expected. The carer was lovely and our dog was clearly happy with them and came home happy and healthy. Bonus points for keeping an active dog happy during a heatwave!

This was our first time using PetStay. Everything about it was fabulous. Our dog suffers from Epilepsy and so takes quite a lot of medication. Claire Nottage the area coordinated noted all this down and then matched us up with a brilliant host family - Kevin and Liza Wade. A week before the intended stay we took our dog for a quick get-to-know-you meeting, It was very reassuring. So when the time came to actually stay it was very straightforward. Our hosts even gave a reassuring update on the first evening too. Whole experience for me and the dog could not have been better. Thank you PetStay; Thank you Kevin + Liza.

This was the first time using Petstay. Katie matched us with Anne & Peter.
Within 5 minutes of our initial meet and greet Woody was completely at home. I had absolutely no qualms when it came to the time for Woody to go on holiday. We received daily updates and photos and it was obvious Woody was having the best time. Anne and Peter are absolutely fantastic carers. They have a genuine love of dogs. Woody can’t wait for his return visit in September!

Fabulous experience, Poppy was really well looked after while we had a few days away. Jill kept us up to date with how Poppy was doing which meant that we could just enjoy our break.
I will be asking Jill to have Poppy again sometime

We cannot speak highly enough of the care our dogs receive during their holiday stays. Suffice to say we schedule our holidays based on the availability of Lynne and Ray and we would not consider any other option. They are brilliant! Pablo and Marla think so too.
