Absolute bang on clarity. Clear communication, and prompt responses- just what you need with an expensive outlay. I needed to return the first generator and the return was easy. New generator arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy.

Great customer service!
Straight up, I was wary of this company. I went to review them on a popular UK deals site and they're banned - not because of anything bad, but because the company is completely unknown.
I read a couple of reviews where they said that the sales team weren't responsive and I could not disagree more.
I ordered the item on a Sunday evening and it was sent out on Tuesday on a 24 hour courier.
Sadly, something went completely wrong and it got sent by courier to the wrong address and was undeliverable.
Now, I judge a company not necessarily on what goes right, but how they deal with it when it goes wrong.
Once it was clear I wasn't getting it and the tracking was showing it as being undelivered, I sent an email to the customer service team. Within an hour, I'd had a response where they chased it up.
Another email later in the day to say that they'd tracked it down, but the courier was unresponsive (I also emailed the courier and they were very unhelpful)
By Friday, I was promised that if they couldn't get it sorted, they'd send another one out on Monday.
On Monday morning, I received an email to say they would be doing this and I'd receive it on Tuesday.
2 weeks later, the item is still showing as being "unknown" with the courier, and still they sent out another item.
This was a £650 item, not something cheap!
Top marks for customer service - kept me informed and not once was I frustrated with P&P, only the courier (DHL who are normally OK).
