Very bad product. The photo shows a large product, but in reality, it's very, very small. A child can't fit on the inflatable boat float.
Customer service is terrible. They take forever to respond, their answers are often incorrect, and it's completely useless.
I placed an order on 31.05.2026, from the UK. I have not received a dispatched email. My emails are being ignored and my messages to the business number. Not impressed. There website states thst dispatched time to the UK is 2-4 days, I am 3 weeks in and nothing.
Order placed and afrer 1 week no updates about delivery not even a tracking number..and no reply on the email..no refund received till date 2 weeks later although merchant confirmed that refund done!!

Good morning Dolly, Sad to see that you are dissapointed in our brand and about the shipping of your order. I have checked this and our Finance department returned your money for this order already because we noticed that you are living in Canada. Unfortunately we have no possibilities to ship a package to Canada so that's why we refunded you for the order.
Ordered a pool and other items that were suggested to be shipped within 24hrs. It’s now been a week, no communication, tracking, refund, or follow up. I have contacted customer service several times and been completely ignored! Is this company a scam???

Dear Ad, excuse us for our late reply. Actually with orders from the United Kingdom it takes a bit longer to ship because of the fact that arranging the documents for customs is a lot of work. Our apologies for the delay, but I see that your order was delivered so hopefully you are still happy with the pool!
Products are of poor quality. Leak immediatetely! :-(

Purchased a Swim Essentials Luxe 400cm Old Green Stripe Frame Pool from a UK department store and when I started filling it with water it immediately leaked in multiple places. I even made sure that the tarp covered the ground and there was no debris before I built it. Exchanged it for a new one from the vendor (UK department store, thank god i didn't have to ship it back to the Netherlands, even worse, China) went through all the trouble of emptying the old one, taking it down, packing it up, making sure the ground was clear of stones and debris, putting up the new one, started to fill it and the exact same thing happened. Immediately it started to leak in multiple places around the pool leaving my patio soaked and water logged... again. Now currently fighting for a full refund. It's been three weeks now of me messing around with this pool in my back yard. Shocking quality. All I want is a nice little pool in my backyard. Too much to ask apparently.
