Stephen’s removals was great from the start,we had an exchange on the Monday and Tuesday move, Tracy in the office was great helping with the short notice

We used Stephens about 16 years ago so was happy to use them again. Our move this time was very short notice but they were able to accommodate us and the service was absolutely brilliant. The guys turned up early, packed everything in the lorry incredibly well and nothing was damaged or broken, genuinely could not fault the service.
Stephens can also send someone around to prepare a quote and give advice on what can be left in draws or packed in your suitcases etc. this service was not pushy and the final quote was emailed to me. I also found their quote to be very competitively priced.
Long established company that really seem to care about their customers.

Pleasant staff - arrive on time

All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and cooperative. We used the packing service the day before the move and the guys worked really hard and did a fantastic job packing us up . The unloading into our new home was fast and really efficient. All in all a first class service . Stephens was recommended by friends and we would certainly recommend them .

Lads that moved us were very pleasant and efficient, and they managed to fit 45 year's worth of household goods, which nearly three weeks in and we are still unboxing. Highly recommend in / on any house move.

The three chaps who organised my house move were personable, astoundingly efficient and had the gumption to make sensible decisions. I would recommend Stephens without hesitation.

The team were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped to make a stressful situation, a lot easier for me.

Friendly, helpful guys and whole process was quick and efficient

Absolutely amazing service from the guys moving us on the hottest day of the year. They went far above and beyond what we were expecting, even dealing with a public emergency on the road outside our new home.
Honestly can't rate the team of guys highly enough.

Liam, Mason and Kaden were fantastic and looked after us.

Excellent movers with a lot of patience and drive. Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
It was a very warm day and the gents arrived early loading without stopping for nearly 4 hours. They were good humoured and obviously worked together well. Communication throughout the day was good. We also admired that when it was obvious our completion time was getting late (4pm!) they were able to get colleagues to come and help them unload.
The gents were very courteous, helpful and friendly.

My family have used Stephens for years and as usual everyone has been brilliant especially Tracy Smith she has gone above and beyond to help me through a very difficult time in my life selling my Dads house and clearing it.
