In booking the arrangements and removal date, Ana is the office was pleasant and gave all the information needed. At a stressful time, her clear directions and friendly tone, helped to give confidence.

When I was looking for movers and read reviews of various companies online and stories of things going wrong I was stressed and worried. I stumbled on Finest Van online and was surprised by their overwhelmingly positive reviews. When I spoke to them on the phone, they addressed the concerns I had: would they turn up on time, or at all, would they handle my furniture with care, what the cost would be. The way they spoke to me made me feel reassured, so I booked them. I have to admit that I was still apprehensive about the move. But on the day of the move I got a text in the morning, and when the team arrived and I met them, all my worries went away. The move went like clockwork, they even gave me a ride to my new place, and I was so pleased with them. I had picture frames that I just didn't have time to wrap properly, TV and computer monitors, ceramics and glassware. There was not even a single scratch. I was even given advice on how to better pack my belongings in the future and what parcel tape to use to avoid damaging the furniture.

So, people, trust Finest Van with your move and belongings, you get a premium service without having to pay a fortune.

Finest Van did both the packing and the moving for us. This was by far the most seamless and stress free move I’ve ever gone through. Syrus, Gerold, and Thomme were not only super professional and efficient but they were extremely friendly throughout the whole process. Every time I mentioned that it might be difficult to get something through somewhere their response was “You can relax, that’s our problem to solve” which was starkly different to every other mover I had used before. They communicated everything perfectly which further put our minds at ease. Will be using Finest Van for my next move without any hesitation.

What I like about them:

1) They have super human ability to pack things into a compact space, be it a storage space or wooden crate, while taking care of your belongings.

2) They can be very flexible, within limits of course, and work with my constrains and changes.

3) They are always friendly and in good mood, which really helps with stressful situations such as moving home!!!

This is not my first time choosing finestvan for my relocation. And as usual it's the only thing that goes according to plan. Gerald and Patrick have been most helpful and supportive making the move feasible, handling all types of objects for me and my wife. The management has been most understanding in helping arrange the specifics of the move and next time I'm moving I'll be choosing finestvan again. 5/5

I had an amazing packing & move with Finest Van a month ago.

My first contact was with Marco. I submitted a quote request online on Saturday shortly before noon. I got a call 3 hours later from Marco, and we discussed through everything. Marco was able to book me for upcoming Thursday, i.e. just 3–4 working days later. This all was closed efficiently with written quote, payment and final booking confirmation on that same Saturday.

I ordered full packing + move + dis-/re-assembly of up to 2 items.

On the moving day, the 2 movers – Syrus and Flavio – arrived right on time – called me 10 minutes ahead (at 7:50 am) to sort out parking. They moved all packing material into my flat, asked for a quick walkthrough of what we will be packing, and then started their job. They were extremely polite throughout the move, always double-checking if there is anything else I wanted or if I forgot anything, and always being approachable and positive. My whole studio flat was packed in ~2-3 hours time. This also included disassembling my rising desk.

Then they started moving things into the van, putting boxes on skates and I saw they are trying to be as efficient as possible, moving as much at once while still being safe and in control.

Then the van left for destination. When we met there, I had a bit of trouble with a key to the new flat that they offered to try some known tricks (though I managed to figure it out myself shortly afterwards). Syrus and Flavio started moving things in, and Flavio then focused on assembling my newly purchased bed frame, where he overcame a challenge with incorrectly marked parts by manufacturer, and finally put my mattress onto the bed frame. Flavio also re-assembled my rising desk, reconnecting all cables and demonstrating it rises and lowers as expected on presses of buttons.

Syrus and Flavio left shortly before 3 pm.

When I was unpacking, I found that my finer items like computer / keyboard were bubble-wrapped with such craft and almost aesthetics that I had to take a picture and almost felt bad unpacking it.

It was an amazing moving experience – everything was flawless, friendly, I just stood by and observed, and sometimes asked to pack something together with something else. I am so glad I ordered the full packing, which meant I did not have to worry about any packing before the move day and everything got done in "big bang" on the move day. My smallest regret was that I did not order at least partial unpacking, as it would have sped up my settling in a lot.

The quote I received was for 2 movers and 8 hours (full day) + option for up to 1 extra paid hour – in the end 7 hours were spent, which shows the quote was very accurate while still leaving an appropriate margin for "things happen".

In retrospect, I realized that the most difficult part of the moving day was not the packing, moving and carrying stuff to my new flat, as I could just relax and let the movers do all the work, but really my settling in after the movers left, so in future I will likely order at least partial unpack service to help me settle quickly.
