Excellent and brilliant removals company! Highly recommend and always have done! The best customer service, helpful and understanding, excellent team on high stress days, and nothing turns up broken or badly packed (unlike other removal firms). I'd only recommend GB Liners, no one else, excellent company and Hereford are the tops!

From our initial contact with GB Liners we received excellent communication from Emma who was helpful and professional in making the arrangements for our move. On the day we received a brilliant service from Alex and his team who went above and beyond in their task. They treated our possessions with the utmost respect and were very pleasant to deal with on what is always a naturally stressful day. A fantastic service from start to finish and one that I would highly recommend.

Ash & Tom turned in the afternoon as promised but instead of coming back the following day they elected to stay and finish the packing and loading on the 25th.

Great communication, competitive rates, good customer service. Both crews were excellent and made an otherwise stressful experience much more bearable! I was supported and reassured throughout.

Highly efficient, punctual and professional service from the GB Liners team in Leeds. Would recommend without hesitation.

We used Cheltenham GBLiners for a move to Portugal. I visited Sophie (front office) to understand the process on our furniture going into storage and to understand the import duties. Sophie is extremely professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Moving day was a breeze. Steve was efficient and very polite. His team, especially Jamie, were hard working and everything ran smoothly. They were respectful of our furniture and personal belongings which was very much appreciated.

Very impressive team - well rounded care, support in customs, quick turnaround- in 2 weeks organised moving across Atlantic. But even more I was amazed with the moving team - Walter and Adam have gone extra mile and done tremendous job packing everything with great care and knowledge to pack exclusive & fragile pictures, complicated elements of furniture. Definitely recommend

From the initial quotation to the final move, GB Liners were excellent. The assessment for the quotation was done via a video call which saved everyone time, packing materials were provided in advance and on the day the crew were on time, packed up carefully and delivered everything with great care and efficiency. Fabulous service a pleasure to do business with GB liners Hereford branch. Paul and Tom ( sorry there was also a 3rd chap on the 1st day but I didnt catch his name) worked non stop for virtually 2 whole days ( long distance move) during the heat wave without a word of complaint and even helped placing tricky items that didn't seem to fit ! They were professional, polite and friendly throughout. Communication with our coordinator Emma was excellent. All in all the job was perfectly executed, good value and we would have no problem recommending GB Liners to others. Moving is such a stressful thing to do, having professionals that helped to reduce that stress was great. We will definitely use them again should we need to.

I cannot thank GB Liners enough for making our house move such a smooth experience. From the very beginning, Eliza did a fantastic job with all the administrative arrangements, ensuring everything was seamlessly set up for a successful two-day move.

Every single member of the crew was amazingly skilled, incredibly professional and handled all our belongings with immense care. Whether it was reassembling beds in under 20 minutes or navigating heavy massage chairs through tight spaces, they made the entire process look easy—and kept us laughing the whole time.

What touched us most was how thoughtful they were with our family. They went out of their way to make our teenage girls feel comfortable with the transition and showed so much consideration for their personal belongings.

The removal and delivery staff were both at the houses in plenty of time and I found no fault at all in the service. Everything arrived in tact. I was recommended GB Liners and I am happy to pass on that recommendation.

GB Liners were absolutely fantastic supporting our house move. Sophie in the Cheltenham office was incredibly patient when our moving date kept changing and the planners came up with a super solution to make sure they could fulfil our move dates.

Each of the guys loading and unloading our belongings were super cheerful, polite and flexible. We can’t praise and thank them enough.

The Hereford branch provided a very friendly and efficient service, the removal personnel were very helpful and efficient, it is the second timethat I have used the Services of the Hereford branch and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.

This is the second time I have used GB Liners. They are always on time, listen to what you have to say and work with you and your requirements. They are organized and very efficient, as well as being friendly and very approachable. I will definitely use them again and they deserve even higher than the five stars, well done!!

Tyrone and Terry from the London team worked amazingly hard through three of the hottest days for decades, assisted by Dan on Day One and Garry on Day Three. We were surprised that only two were on Day Two. But 'Not a problem!' was their cheerful reply to anything we asked them. Turned up when agreed, and although we paid for late working, they finished as normal on Day Two. Nothing lost, nothing broken. GB Liners London office unable to give us a quick date for picking up empty boxes, we've had to dispose of a lot ourselves in order to create some space. But a good move at a competitive price for which we are grateful.
