oh! what went wrong this time, as if this was a recurrent issue. you are referring to your product. I just wasted $300 some dollars for an character I can't download unless I spit out $400 more...$700 in total in one night, I would spend it better in the red district in Berlin than in in this BS tripo. ... I payed and I want my product. I am sure the statement is so ambiguous no one can read it as.... you need to pay $400 or you don't get squad from us. If I see my creation for sale some other place I know for sure who stole it! And I just told my Bank you are but a fraud! I don't need to receive Emails from you or sign up for nothing.

False advertising max quality on pro plan, refusal to refund

I put an image of a leather jacket to texture my jacket model and it always gives me woven fabrics. It completely ignores prompts of text or images, and even completely ignored the suggested keywords when using the lightbulb like "leather". You really need to have the model not default to its aggressive geometry bias, if that's what is wrong, or maybe your prompts are just broken. Also ridiculously slow generation times... 25 minutes to generate one model? Pffft...

scam website that does not cancel your subscription

This company scams you for monthly billings even after you cancel the subscription. Support doesn't care. Do not give them you payment details.

Such a scam, unfortunately I couldn't cancel the subscription and it automatically renews itself every month. When I wanted to cancel it just gives me an error code. The company hasn't responded to my emails which is why I have contacted PayPal to clear it for me

Scammed and never got a refund for an order I made they keep saying its under production its been 4 months since then and still didnt get it.

Your ai is horrible. It won't let me cancel my subscription and I've tried multiple times, I've emailed you multiple times. Now I'm leaving you a 1 star rating on trust pilot because go screw yourself for stealing my money.

Buggy for credits usage (eg. I can't animate because it asks for texture, but I created them 10 times), high learning curve, unsatisfactory results compared to other paid models. I also find the ads/influencer marketing a bit scammish

Don’t waste your money on this website, your money will just go to waste. The results are very poor. If you don’t want to waste both your time and money, stay away from Tripo ai. They don’t even offer refunds for trial purchases. Very low quality website.

good speed, very close to prompt and so far best defined characters

I previously used Meshy ai and Hitem 3d. What I love about Tripo3d is the quality of the models. One of my main reasons for using this is to create 3d print models of family from a photograph. I love the built in photo editor which allows me to remove backgrounds so the generator can create a more precise model. I found that the better the edit the better the quality. I also create model cars and parts from photographs. The only issue I have is the unseen areas of a photo are made up to what it possibly looks like. It would be great if the model (eg. car) was recognized and the the program could pull from a web base of what the unseen area should actually look like. Otherwise it makes up what it thinks it should look like, which it still does a very good job at.

this tool is so incredible i was surprised with how good the smart topology feature was i can see it being used for mobile games indie games or even small studios for certain things in games. its great for making 3d characters the 3.1 model is great at capturing detail and for my use case which is making models for 3d printing the results are great.

This is a great AI 3D generator. It replicated my pictures into a 3d model without the super expensive scanners. Great for someone just starting and needing ai assistance with making a 3D model.
