Avoid Mashy.ai.

My experience with this service has been terrible from start to finish. The support is a joke, the AI generation is even worse, and I would seriously question the way they advertise their output quality. Forget the flashy “8K” claims, what I received looked nowhere near that level of quality, and some generations looked worse than 720p. Characters I actually liked were repeatedly turned into distorted, creepy-looking versions of themselves instead of anything close to the original.

But the worst part was the subscription.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged another $10 for the second month. I noticed the charge without actually using the service during that new billing period, so I contacted support asking for a refund. Instead of being reasonable about an unused renewal, I felt like support was looking for every possible reason to deny the refund.

So now I paid another month for a service I didn't even use.

Bad AI generation, disappointing output quality, misleading expectations, and customer support that made an already frustrating experience even worse.

Definitely not a service I would recommend.

Fastes refund i got in all busnisses

Fastes refund i got in all busnisses, ever.
After i tried out pro downloaed 2-3 models to test in my engine, i found i could not get it to work requested a refund within 48 hours, and they resolved it with my initial request without talking anything more ( 4min, after initial email request ). Best and fastest support services i had in a long time <3

meshy is just incredible, i have 0 experience in character and asset design and 0 experience in animation and i am still able to create a beautiful game

Pricing is intentionally misleading

This company's pricing is intentionally deceptive. I want to try it before I sign up for one of their expensive subscriptions - so I pay $10 to buy some credits to try one model. But wait - you can't download a model with credits. Then what did I pay for? So I can look at a pretty picture of a model I can't access? And their "policy" is not to refund one time purchases. CROOKS!
