Ive had several experiences with Spider Farmer over time, and I can honestly say that their customer service is outstanding.
Every single time I’ve contacted them, I ve had a solution within 24h. They have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and willing to assist even on the occasions when I experienced an issue with a defective product.
For me, the quality of Spider Farmer products remains unbeatable, but what I appreciate most about this brand is that they never stop improving. They are constantly innovating, developing new solutions, and making their products better.
Absolutely five stars from me, and definitely a brand I ll continue to choose in the future.

I have two SF-600 lamps. One of them had a power supply failure after a month of use. Technical support is very good. Excellent email communication. They responded quickly. I received a replacement power supply a week later. I recommend this company and their products!

Honestly it cannot be better , customer service is outstanding and you are speaking to a human , not an AI. I made a mistake with the order and they fixed it , there was a small difference in the final price and they just covered it.

The products they are selling itselfs are the gold standart in the growing industry , every serious youtube recommends them , thats how i got here myself.

Everything went perfect! My inline fan broke down & SF replaced it in an instance. The customer service is outstanding!

I would really like to leave some positive feedback here.

I ordered the system during winter but only started using it several weeks later for spring planting. Unfortunately, I then noticed that the base/control unit with the display was defective. Because of this, the lighting system behaved very strangely and kept turning on and off randomly, completely ignoring the programmed light schedule — obviously making the system unusable.

I quickly recorded a short video showing the issue and sent it to customer support. After just one or two friendly and straightforward emails, everything was clarified and a replacement unit was shipped to me.

The new device works perfectly and honestly leaves an even better impression than I originally expected.

What really stood out to me was the friendly, constructive, and efficient customer service. This is exactly how support should work.

We will definitely continue shopping here and can clearly recommend this store. Many other shops could learn a thing or two from the way Spider Farmer handles customer service, product quality, and warranty cases when something actually arrives defective.

Always helpful and professional service. The products are great and integrates beautiful in their own ecosystem, controllable through an easy to use app with a lot of features and functions for your spiderfarmer products and settings. Very happy so far and no issues with equipment or customer service when inquiring about orders or products. Would recommend.

utter crap. Its all just reselling Chinese products, even the box has it all on there. They think giving me a load of their stickers will make up for the product missing all the parts i wanted as in the controller etc which I PAID FOR. They have no telephone contact. The parts dont fit together. The instructions are for each individual part and its why the light does not fit the frame and there is no way to resolve this.
The filter and the fan combined do not fit in the grw box. This is a joke, they spent alot on marketing and very little on product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE it is a pile of crap and it will just leave you debating with your payment provider to get your mioney back

We had and broken part in the Air System which we had buyed last year we wrote an e-mail to Spider Farmer in one week the problem was fixed thanks for this type of customer service much appreciated
