Got ignored after I did not accept a…
Got ignored after I did not accept a 20€ refund as appropriate repair for my device. Might be the last time I bought something from Vivosun. Service is absolute shit, unfriendly, tactically delaying the whole case and ignoring me now, since they don’t think that a proper working display should be part of the items you buy.
I am still waiting for a reply, if there is none to follow within the next few days I am going to open a PayPal case and just get my money back.
