I really love Marshydro.

It is cheaper than competitor brands. Yet not a cheaper or worse product. The products are really worth it. Great customer service. So for me I really feel no reason to get anything other than Marshydro. I only wish they made more stickers, but thats a bonus. The stickers you get are cool. I love covering my garden room with stickers makes it feel more cozy.

I’ve been growing for around 20 years, so when I decided to build a new, all be it smaller, indoor setup, I wasn’t looking for the cheapest equipment I could find. I wanted a complete system that would work together, give me good control over the environment and, just as importantly, be backed up by a company that actually cares about its customers.

After putting the system together, I have to say I’m extremely impressed with Mars Hydro.

My setup includes the Mars Hydro 100 × 100 grow tent, FC3000 300W LED, iControl Smart Grow Room Controller, iTime 2-in-1 smart timer, iFresh 4” smart inline fan, M6 clip fan, 6L smart humidifier, 12L/day smart dehumidifier, 3-in-1 sensor kit, drip irrigation system, 50L reservoir with air stones, and the automatic drainage/runoff system.

What I particularly like is how well the equipment works together. The smart ecosystem means I’m not dealing with a collection of unrelated bits of equipment — I’m able to monitor and control lighting, temperature, humidity, ventilation and irrigation from one system. The iControl in particular has made managing the environment considerably easier.

The FC3000 300W light is seriously impressive. The coverage and adjustability give me plenty of control, and having the ability to work with PPFD rather than simply guessing at light intensity is a huge advantage.

The tent itself is well made, sturdy and thoughtfully designed, while the ventilation and environmental-control equipment has given me the ability to automate the room rather than constantly babysit it.

The irrigation and drainage system is another big plus. I’ve tested the drippers and drainage independently and everything is working exactly as it should. For a grower who likes to measure and control things rather than simply hope for the best, having that level of automation is fantastic.

But the biggest surprise has actually been the after-sales service.

I’ve had a few questions and issues while putting the system together, and the response from the Mars Hydro after-sales team has been excellent. They have been responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in getting things sorted, rather than simply sending generic replies.

That’s important to me. Equipment can be excellent, but things occasionally go wrong with any company or product. What separates a good company from a great one is what happens when you need help.

I’ve only just started this particular grow, so I’m not going to pretend I can comment on final yield yet. The plants will ultimately decide that! 😂

But from the equipment, build quality, smart integration and customer support I’ve experienced so far, I’m extremely happy with the decision to go with Mars Hydro.

For an experienced grower, there’s plenty here to tinker with and fine-tune. For someone newer to indoor growing, the automation makes the whole process much less intimidating.

Great equipment, excellent smart integration and, in my experience, outstanding after-sales support.

I’m very happy with my Mars Hydro products. The quality is excellent, installation was easy, and everything came with the necessary accessories. The products are well made and easy to use.

The best lamps I am using them 3,4 years long and they are perfect , the new versions are even beter . They are growing like a champions!!!!

I received the new sp3000 bridgelux light which states that the bridgelux 3030 0.2 watt smd is a comparable to the Samsung lm301h evo 1 watt but it obviously is not as i own the original sp 3000 with evo LEDs and they are not comparable the evo one is a high quality light unit 500£ roughly the bridgelux one has had its price reduced considerably to 150£ roughly this bridgelux version is not fit for purpose its extremely to hot and the light is unusable I had to turn it down all the way and raise it up as high as it was possible to stop it from bleaching and damaging my plants so is obviously not usable so I contacted mars hydro for a replacement or refund as the light was unusable due to the extreme temperature and the light intensity was obviously incorrect they tried saying that I was not using it correctly but I used it to the manufacturer instructions and it failed in all areas they also tried to give me lessons on how to grow plants correctly but I explained that I have many years of experience with plants and LEDs they have called me a liar basically and much more thay are overdriving the bridgelux LEDs causing extreme heat and unstable light conditions which can be extremely dangerous in my opinion but they have reused a refund and offered me another of the same light second hand repaired and wanted me to pay more money for another light that is not fit for purpose this company had a good reputation for high quality products but now they have a bad reputation for unusable products and have lost this customer and I believe they have lost most of their customers because they can see for them selves DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO MARS HYDRO AS ITS NOT THE COMPANY THAT IT USES TO BE JP ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS CHANGED AND ITS EXTREMELY BADIT IS AGAINST TRUSTPILOT POLICY TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS ACCOUNT ALSO THIS REVIEW IS LIVE ON ALL THESE ACCOUNTS BUT NOT THE REAL ACCOUNT AS FOR SOME REASON IT WAS REMOVED AND NO REASON HAS BEEN GIVEN CONSIDERING THAT IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THIS ONE IT SEEMS THAT MARS HYDRO IS ABLE TO HAVE MY REVIEW REMOVED SO ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE REVIEW PLATFORM THAT THEY HAVE PROMISED TO PROVIDE AS THEY ARE BEING CONTROLLED BY THE BUSINESSES TO KEEP THE BAD REVIEWS OF THERE WEBSITE ON TRUSTPILOT WHICH IS A EXTREMELY UNBELIEVABLE SITUATION TRUSTPILOT REVIEW IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE JP

Using the new Pro version of the tents, a little hard assemble but after you got a perfect tent with the bonus that is not another blackbox.
The auto-drainage kit works perfectly and together with watering system it saves you a lot of hassle

A few weeks ago I purchased the ad lights with i hub . You see a big difference in growth eventho i just started a new grow. I just ordered a second ad light for another growtent. After that I got all the bells and whistles for 2 growtents . Almost got it fully automated, from lights, climate regulation and refilling stations for watering and humidifier. All possible sensors. Love mars hydro products 😍

Inline 4” fan with filter and ducting, promised a maximum mouse level of 26db on the Mars Hydro website - it emits over 60db of noise!
I wrote an email to Mars Hydro, I was told I needed to do a controlled experiment on it with controlled voltage and a sound proofed room.
In other words, they told me too bad go F yourself by setting an impossible task.
Their products are made to look the part, but I’ve since discovered Mars Hydro has all of their products made very cheaply in China and all of their products are garbage.
When dealing with the type of electrical appliances they sell, like very powerful lights - buying their products could easily lead to very bad things like your house burning down.
It’s a terrible brand, terribly and cheaply made products that should not be bought by ANYONE.
Go for a better brand like Spider Farmer for your hydroponic needs, or buy from Mars Hydro and risk burning your home down with you and your loved ones inside it.

I repeat: DO NOT BUY MARS HYDRO RUBBISH. THE COMPANY LIES AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

Quality is good but Not the best. Fast delivery.

This is my third purchase from MarsHydro.eu; this time I bought a second smart ventilation kit, complete with a filter, sensors and a control panel. Everything works perfectly – it’s the best value for money on the market.

I had a very poor experience with MarsHydro regarding their Auto Humidity System.

The unit I received had a serious design flaw where the auto-refill mechanism failed, causing repeated water leakage. This made the product unsafe to use as intended. MarsHydro has also acknowledged this issue in writing, confirming it is a design/functionality problem in how the system components work together.

Despite this, the handling of the case was slow, dismissive, and required multiple escalations from my side.

After significant effort and repeated follow-ups, we finally reached an agreement that I would receive a replacement 15L humidifier. However, even this was mishandled — they sent the wrong product (5L instead of 15L).

They are now attempting to delay the process further, request additional payment, and limit the refund to only part of the system, despite the fact that the product was sold as a complete kit and does not function as described.

At this point, I have initiated a chargeback due to their failure to resolve the issue.

The case is still ongoing.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. A defective product, acknowledged design flaws, incorrect replacement shipment, and poor handling throughout show a serious lack of quality control and customer care.

I cannot recommend MarsHydro based on this experience.
