Found exactly what I needed. Decent range of products and quick delivery although postage seemed a little high for a small package. Otherwise all good.

The service was first class in my opinion.
But two items i ordered one was completely wrong and the other a RCBO was not only the wrong size but also the wrong type that i ordered. So when i called to complain, your representative said well this is what was on you order. Not we can exchange the wrong parts etc,which i find not good practice and no good for the customer. I ordered the right parts which one was a Henley Block and a 16A rcbo where there was no Henley Block but a 10A rcbo of the wrong type also extra breaker.

I had a terrible experience with Shop4Electrical.
I ordered an item that was displayed on their website with the expectation that it was available for next-day delivery. After placing the order, I received no communication whatsoever regarding any delay. Three days passed without any update or delivery.
As this order was for a client, I had allowed plenty of time, booked engineers, and agreed an installation date. With no sign of the order, I decided to call the company myself. Only then was I told that the item wasn't due to arrive for another 2–3 weeks, towards the end of the month.
At no point did Shop4Electrical contact me to explain the delay or manage my expectations. Their lack of communication has cost us time, money, and caused significant inconvenience. We had to cancel the work and are now waiting for our refund.
To top it all off, after cancelling my order I received an automated email informing me that my 184 Power Club Points loyalty reward had also been cancelled. Rest assured, I won't be needing your points, as I won't be using Shop4Electrical again.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no regard for the inconvenience caused to their customers.

Replacing basic plastic SWA cable connectors, with professional standard boxes from Pratley. Shop4 for electricals had the best price deal for the items needed.

Easy to use website and ordering process. Delivery of two large storage heaters came promptly but on a rather large truck that couldn't get down to house. Driver helpful in making contact and transferring to our vehicle
