purchase, receiving, and using tickets was easy and smooth. The big issue was parking I intended to purchase one parking space the Mariners Garage but, ended up with two as it was a bit confusing and... See more

Do NOT recommend
Do NOT recommend. Two days before my event someone who barely spoke English called to tell me that the seller "made a mistake" and I can move to new seats 10 rows over, which were not at all where I wanted to sit. Felt like a total scam. How is it even possible to make this mistake on this platform? Doesn't Seat Geek require you to prove you actually have tickets and the seats you say you have before you try to sell them? Apparently not. Last time I ever buy tickets here.
Doesn’t connect properly to MLB app
Doesn’t connect properly to MLB app. Made me lose money not being able to sell.
Lack of Refund. We were scheduled to attend an event…
We were scheduled to attend an event with tickets purchased on SeatGeek. The game was rained out. The tickets were not refunded. I lost $130.00. I would not recommend dealing with them.
Horrible company
Horrible company. I will never use any more, and advices don’t use “seat geek”. If you selling tickets because personal reasons they will take half money. Other part of your money you will never get because they will ask for so many sensitive informations about debit account , router number , soc. Security number….
Only because they would like to give up and left money as extra profit. Think about that before you use this company Seat Geek.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Scam Company with Scam Sellers — Buyer Beware
⭐☆☆☆☆
My sister and I purchased concert tickets through SeatGeek on March 23, and after more than a week of trying to resolve an issue with our order, we still have no valid tickets and no real answers.
The seller originally sent us a ticket link that only displayed a 404 error. Since then, we’ve made 6 phone calls, sent multiple emails, and provided screenshots documenting the issue. Every representative has given us different information, but no one has actually resolved the problem.
Our latest call tonight was by far the worst. The representative, Raul, was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted us whenever we tried to explain what had been happening. Instead of listening, he became argumentative and spoke over us throughout the conversation. We were then placed on hold for more than 20 minutes.
When Raul finally returned, he claimed he had contacted the seller and that the seller would transfer our tickets to our Ticketmaster account within 3 days. That explanation raised even more questions than answers. The seller doesn’t have our Ticketmaster account information, and if they were truly able to transfer the tickets, why would they wait 3 days instead of sending them immediately? Even more concerning, every other SeatGeek representative we spoke with over the past week told us they had been unable to reach the seller. Somehow, Raul claimed he reached them at 11:30 p.m. CT. The explanation simply wasn’t believable.
At this point, we’ve lost confidence in SeatGeek’s customer service. Instead of receiving honest communication and a timely resolution, we’ve been met with conflicting information, long hold times, broken promises, and unprofessional treatment.
Customers spend hundreds of dollars trusting SeatGeek to deliver valid tickets and provide support when something goes wrong. We did everything we were supposed to do, yet we’ve spent over a week chasing a resolution while being passed from one representative to another. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and incredibly disappointing.
We are requesting that SeatGeek immediately provide comparable replacement tickets for the event, as promised under the Buyer Guarantee, so that we can attend the concert we paid for. We have been more than patient and have exhausted every reasonable avenue to resolve this issue. We expect this matter to be addressed as soon as possible.
I cannot recommend SeatGeek based on the way this situation has been handled.
Easy to use
Easy to use, Fair fees and great selection. It seamlessly syncs with my MLB account and is nothing like my experience with competing ticket sites. It's the real deal.

Terrible company
Advertise tickets for an event run strictly through Ticketmaster with non-transferable tickets. I pressed them for two weeks straight about this, and they told me relax it’s fine. Once I check with Ticketmaster, it really was fine, it in fact was not. I then had to get a lawyer involved in order for me to get a refund. Completely ridiculous company, only response when it’s convenient for them.
If I could give them a "0" I would
If I could give them a "0" I would. Worst experience ever! They delivered parking passes 45 minutes after the event started. When I disputed the charge, they claimed they never received my documentation which I sent twice, along with 2 separate emails asking them to confirm they had received my documentation. Worst ticketing service ever!
Tickets for Post Malone never recieved TIMES TWO ($1,000+ gone)
I bought tickets to the Post Malone Concert at Summer Fest in Milwaukee over four months ago, in February. This was for 6/27/2026... I also bought parking tickets for the event as well. They claimed to send the tickets over 24-48 hours before the event, giving me confirmation on seating arrangements, arrival instructions, etc. Everything seemed legit. I was informed of this company via Druski promoting it on YouTube, offering a coupon code for use. Then, when contacting support, they kept claiming I had received my tickets via email TWO MINUTES after my purchase....this was absolutely false as it was NOWHERE in my email...
The day of the concert comes, and no tickets are to be found ANYWHERE in my email; they consistently told me via help/support that it may be in spam, etc and to check everything (which I did thirty times over). I was placed on customer support hold for almost an hour as the concert was and had been STARTING! Nobody answered the phone, and I was freaking out. My friend bought similar tickets the day after we were not able to get help or retrieve the previously bought tickets; they were SCAMMED as well. They told us both they were to arrive after purchase, even though he did not receive a single thing, and this was a DAY OF purchase costing more than I had spent...
Summerfest employees could not help because it was not through Ticketmaster, yet they claimed to check our nonexistent accounts. My friend then had to buy almost $300 tickets each through SummerFest AFTER this other SeatGeek purchase JUST TO SEE POST MALONE. We both spent a total (together of over $1,500 and went in a million circles to attempt to reach support or a refund. Neither ever came; this was the most disappointing and frustrating thing I have ever experienced. They stated all sales are final besides case to case basis via the Buyers Guarantee. This was never resolved, and I am hoping to get compensated for my friend and me, and/or have this website and its promoters reported.
Absolutely pathetic handling of my…
Absolutely pathetic handling of my World Cup tickets. My purchase was accepted and ready to go, only to find out 3 hours before match time that the transaction was cancelled. It is too late for me to find an alternative. Putting my faith in seatgeek prevented me from attending this game, and I will never use the website again
Flawless World Cup Experience
World Cup purchasing experience was flawless. Bought tickets 6 days prior to match and received very clear expectations. These two days were obviously a little nerve wracking, but trusted the process.
Received confirmation that tickets had been transferred 4 days prior to the match, with equally clear instructions on how to complete transfer to FIFA account.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
Tickets never came
Tickets never came. Support strung me along then ghosted me. Never again.
Terrible company, even worse support
I purchased a ticket to a concert for 6/26 in September of 2025 - 10 months ago. SeatGeek says you will have your ticket at least one day before the concert. I did not receive my ticket the day before, so I began to attempt to contact their support team. They ensured me that the ticket would be transferred to me before the event, that sometimes you may not get the tickets until the day of.
By the morning of the concert, I still did not have access to my ticket after driving 8 hours to the concert destination and paying for accommodations, so I began the support process again as soon as their support hours started, at 8AM my time. I spent 12 hours trying to gain access to my ticket to no avail. The support chat was insanely unhelpful, I actually got more answers from the initial AI chat bot than the actual human support employee. 3 hours before the concert I called their support line to try to get any information about my ticket, and I was met with the same type of communication. Not only were they not helpful, they called me the wrong name several times. They also told me they would 'make sure I was at the concert tonight.' They claimed they were going to contact the seller and call me back, they never called me back. I called back an hour before the show and was on hold for two hours.
Support chat never responded to me, I received no information or solution, I was not offered replacement tickets or a refund, I was just left there to deal with it after missing a highly anticipated AND EXPENSIVE event. After the two hour hold, I was put into contact with another support team member who finally was actually able to give me information on the situation. The only offer I received in form of a refund was an offer to refund only the ticket price, no extra fees, and a 20% discount on my next purchase. They have a 'Ticket Guarantee' where they claim every ticket is protected: "Have your tickets in hand before you get there. Get support when you need it most." I did not receive ANY support, and I did not have my ticket in hand at all, and was not given the opportunity to get a replacement ticket, as they only replace tickets for the same day event. Everyone should avoid purchasing tickets through this company.
Horrendous
If i could rate this website negative stars, i would. I purchased tickets to a baseball game and nowhere on those tickets or when buying those tickets did it say I was buying handicapped wheelchair seats until the DAY OF THE GAME. I am so disappointed
Terrible Customer Service, no refunds period.
To long to fully explain. Show in over a month and no refunds. Customer service via email was terrible. They sent us and F-U response. Called the help line. Estimated wait time 10 minutes. 43 minutes to answer the call. Then terrible customer service. Avoid using them at all costs
Tickets were available and the process…
Tickets were available and the process was fairly easy and was able to take take my wife and a few grandkids to a soccer game. Grateful for this being available.
Lied to about the tickets I purchased
Lied to about the tickets I purchased. I purchased Yankees tickets because they said Jim Beam suite, and it will be a hot day and I want the option to go into the air conditioning to cool down. When I received the tickets, they were not jim beam and I am unable to talk to anyone. Stay away.
Seats were restricted view but that was not indicated at purchase!
I recently purchased tickets to a Broadway show. From how the app presented the tickets I thought they were in the center of the row. However, when the tickets were delivered (the day before the show), they were all the way on the left side with obstructed view. Nothing on the site said there was any possibility of obstructed view. Because the tickets were in the same row as indicated when I purchased, SeatGeek refused to make any concession. Very disappointing experience.
