Total scammers, I'm out $1,000's in pre-order shoes that have been released.

I pre ordered a pair of shoes on April 12th!!! They have been out months ago!!! Where is my order!!! Scam! Scam! Scam! I am contacting my credit card company ASAP! I have emailed this company at least 10 times! No response!!! Do not purchase from this company EVER!!!

Pre-ordered shoes from multiple pairs back in March. My original order was the Jordan four Lakers after four weeks and no response to multiple emails. I ended up purchasing this issue through retail only after I emailed saying, I wanted to put the money that pre-order towards different pre-order did they respond. Now here we are again over a month and one week past the release of the shoe that I had pre-ordered email dozens of times with still no response no tracking number worst company ever absolutely zero communication. They seem to think that they can just do as they wish with your money there is no excuse the shoes that I had pre-ordered is Toro bravo which is very much still in stock in all sizes in every online and in person store sad excuse for a company. These people are crooks. Do yourself a favor. Do not waste your time. You will be nothing but pissed off. I have spent almost $800 with them and got zero shoes. crooks and scam artists.

Worst buying experience ever. They are involved with predatory practices. Do not pre order....you may not get what you paid for and you will not get your money back. Worst site to buy from. No customer service...DO NOT BUY anything from them. BBB needs to investigate.

I pre-ordered on October 1st 2025 for the Air Jordan 11 retro black/ Gamma blue size 12 men’s I have never received any info other than the confirmation email and order number. I have sent emails with no response . This is very disappointing. At this point I just want a refund.

I have not received my Teyana Taylor Jordans Paid for 1/26.2026 sneaker came out 3/14.2026 todays date is 5/27. 2026 I am owed $294,50. I work to hard to get ripped off by these thieves

The worst website ever. Did a pre-order on April 6,2026 it’s been over a month haven’t received anything. Customer service is horrible . Don’t order nothing from here AT ALL.

Very hard to get refunded. Emails stating refunds are not confirmed by baking institutions. I’m out of $1,500(+) as of now. Very disappointing.

I ordered was shoes on October 3,2025 still waiting on them. I’ve emailed numerous emails no response. I messaged no response. I will never order again from them. Paid already. Very disappointing customer service.

Pre ordered a pair of baroque brown flightposites back in October. I contacted Nike's corporate office who informed me that there's no release date in the foreseeable future. I've literally been emailing soleseriouss every day requesting a refund and still haven't gotten a response or refund. They have a phone number that doesn't work. Very disappointed with this company and still waiting for a response and my refund.

Did a pre-order and months later have not received my shoe. Was told that in 2 to 5 business days and 10 business days later still no shoe and they ghost me and quit answering emails. I filed a dispute over my money and canceled my order same day but still dont have my money or the shoe

Pre ordered a release for 28 February. Was told numerous times my order was expected to ship in 2-7 business days, never did. 2 months later, still no shoes. Do not use this service. Stockx is way more reliable.

Preordering is a scam. Their refund policy just reinforces the scam process by not refunding our money when they don’t deliver on their end. Should have read the reviews before trying a new shoe site. Order some shoes that turned out to not be in high demand waited till after my “premium”shipping window sent several emails no response. Feels like they must be ordering from overseas. I no longer want the order no more. I want my refund I do not want a gift card or credit that I can only use on the site. Ended up ordering the shoes I wanted from a way more reputable site and at a way lower price and they came within the week! Ordered 2/25/26 shipping window 3/20/26-4/10/26 today’s date 4/19/26

This company is the worst I am taking my claim to the better business bureau for sure. If you're seeing this don't even bother wasting your time and money. 5 weeks in and still no shoes or communication.

Preordered Jordan 4 “Lakers”’on Feb 4. The shoe released on 3/4 and was told the latest I should receive my order was 3/21…Emailed them on 3/24 and was given an apology and was told their was a slight delay but that the order was now scheduled to be shipped in 3-7 days…When yet again after 7 days I still had not received my order or any communication, I emailed again on 4/2 requesting a refund if my order couldn’t be fulfilled now, since at this point it’s been more than 2 months since the order was placed and more than a month since it was released. I haven’t received any response since. What’s really ridiculous is I can literally go to any legitimate site at this point and the shoes are readily available with immediate shipping available, but somehow they are having a hard time getting a GS size of a shoe that clearly is not that scarce. But, lesson learned, I’ll have to let my bank get involved at this point. SMH

I pre ordered the gamma 11 got two updates after that nothing . After numerous email haven’t heard back from them smh !!!!!!

Do not buy from this company they are liars and scammers no communication or they care is about your money they give you a timeline that you're supposed to receive your sneakers and you don't they never answer the emails it's 2 months now and I still haven't received my Air Jordan 8s Bugs Bunny, I was even given a fake tracking number of UPS they refuse to refund you your money for their scamming issues do not purchase anything from this business they do this to everyone this is my second time giving them a try

I placed a pre-order for an upcoming Air Jordan 3 retro “Spring is in the air”, it is scheduled to be released on March 2026, unfortunately I got an emergency and have to leave out of the United States for at least 8 weeks and I wont be available to receive the shoes.
I contacted the customer service and they were very responsive, professional and fast.
They processed my request to cancel the order immediately.

Please do not waste your time or money using this shoe company I preordered the Jordan 6 bin 23 at a high cost they customer service sucks they’re aren’t able to produce the shoe had me waiting for over a month just to say it was a problem with the seller and they’re are not able to fulfill the order after I had to write support please don’t waste your time or money on this company

Heard about this company from a reliable source we know in NYC. However, our 15 year old son is still waiting on an pre- order from back in Octocber 10th for the Gamma 11 size 12. We still haven't received his package or any shipping information for this package that he ordered. We also sent a message to the company via Instagram. Someone did reach back out sevreal weeks after and had let us know a few weeks back via email, that the shipment would be coming to us soon within the next 4-10 business day, and that the overall shipment that was coming late. After a few more weeks we still haven't received it or heard anything. We just recevied a message via Instagram last weekend stating someone would get back to us within 24-48 hours with an ETA for shipping a week later still nothing. Now not to mentioned our son had placed four other addtional orders on their website right after the gamma 11 purchase. For two of the upcoming Feb releases and a March and May release as well. Now this company seems like legitmate company with a couple of store fronts in NYC. I dont see an active phone number for them and they have made some effort to contact us back but then we get ghosted for a few more weeks. Those gammas released on or around December 15 2025 its now Febuary 16th is an incredibly amout of time for our son just to recieve his pair that he secured back on October 10th. Someone needs to honor this and get it corrected this shoe is not that hard to obtain. Please let us know something regarding any news about this upcoming order that we are still waiting on. If we ever get them I will be glad to come back on here and re-rate Sole Serrious if they take care of our son and get it corrected. Sole please step in and do something about this.
