Perfect product!
Perfect quality! I work on construction sites and it tends to slip from my grasp but it never broke. Also they a lot of options and cute/cool design to choose from. It’s my second time buying CASETiFY and it sure will not be my last.

50/50 overall for experience on the website
The search/filter features on the website do not work well and you are forced to go through 200 pages of phone cases. Cases are HIGH while I love the variety they aren’t what I would consider affordable. There is no option to save products you like into a list to come back and view later, you have to save them all to your cart. Little things like this make a big difference. The rewards program could definitely be better and offer more perks/benefits.

Don’t trust the rings rovided
At first, I thought everything was great about this case, but only after about four months of use the carabiner completely degraded. One day the car snapped on its own without force, causing my AirPods to fall and hit the ground, which led to the right earpiece flying out and land under a moving vehicle. The lack of quality in the provided clip has costed me almost $100 in damages.

Unintuitive
Honestly, you need a better ways to traverse the website itself. I’ve made an account 4 separate times with all the same credentials yet somehow I’m always signing up? Can anyone explain that to me? I can’t even track my package, which I feel like is a very simple thing I should be able to do. Not only is it unintuitive, but it doesn’t even work.
