Good quality item, it was fast delivery and reasonable value for money.

Rubbish cushion the black background comes round onto the face part of cushion making it look like a veil or cloak on the image. I was going to order numerous cushions for Christmas but not now, very disappointed as cost over £30 so not cheap.

The products are very high quality, the delivery is very quick, the website is very easy to navigate

Not the same quality as the one I had just over four years ago. Plus it’s made differently. The face & body used to be front & back now it’s just the front.

The quality of the cushion and the print was amazing, much better than I expected.

Disappointing design change with no warning on the product page

I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product page still shows the original double-sided design, including the Manchester City logo on the back, but the plush I received has a plain black back with no logo.

There was no notice on the product page indicating that the design had changed. I ordered directly from the official website based on the product images provided, so receiving a different design was unexpected and frustrating.

Although the front of the plush looks excellent, the missing back print makes the overall product feel like a downgrade from the design advertised.

Customers deserve accurate product images and clear notice of any significant design changes before purchasing. If you're buying this plush for the double-sided design, I recommend confirming the current version with Snugzy before ordering.

Terrible! similiar to others, i've ordered before a couple years ago and the quality was amazing, double printed, fitted correctly and had a nice texture. Now it's a cover, that can stretch and distort the face, so it doesn't look like the person anymore, because they are trying to mold to a generic silohuette. Bought this for someone grieving a lost relative and honestly it was insulting.
