Disappointing product but they do care ...
Ordered a product to remove an oil stain on a block paved drive left by my tenants. Applied two treatments, following the instructions exactly. It made absolutely no difference - I might as well have just chucked water on the stain! I took before and after photos and sent these to the customer services team - they sent out a replacement bottle of a slightly different product, advising to apply it neat. Again, this made absolutely no difference. Actually - it did remove some lichen from the surrounding paviours, which isn't why I bought it.
P.S. I removed the stain by burning it away with a blow torch, which is slow, but does actually work.
P.P.S. I had a very nice call from the proprietor of this company after seeing this review, who genuinely cared about the product not working. I have modified my review in light of this.

Perfect Product
The product is amazing no doubt about it. Had an issue with a return but after the confusion was resolved everything came together perfectly.
Can’t fault the product, would recommend and reuse without hesitation. From using 5 previous sealers from other companies for my drive way. This performs head and shoulders above them.

Good advice and service
