I am very pleased and impressed with the service received from Ellie and her team at MFB, getting me my first BTL mortgage. They walk me through all the steps and processes, helped me engage with all the solicitors involved, followed up progress with the developers, and when the completion was delayed because the council took over 8 month to issue a certificate to the developers, they helped me ensure that despite the banks attempt to expire my offer, I had the best offer possible for completion. I can't praise them enough and appreciate very much all their help. Wonderful is the word.
