I would definitely not book through McFlight/vfly again.

The entire booking process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The flight ended up being significantly more expensive than booking the same flights directly with the airline. On top of that, I was charged an additional CHF 40 service fee, which I did not feel was made sufficiently clear during the booking process.

What frustrated me most was the lack of a clear Nouvelair booking reference (PNR/Filekey). Even after the full trip had been paid for and I received my flight ticket, the documents only showed the internal vfly booking number. The actual Nouvelair booking reference was not provided, meaning I had to contact them myself to try to obtain basic information about my airline booking.

The communication throughout the process was also unnecessarily confusing. I received separate confirmations from McFlight and vfly, had to clarify the payment status by phone, and had to contact customer service multiple times just to make sure everything was properly paid and processed.

For a flight booking, I expect the process to be straightforward and transparent. If I am paying more than I would have paid by booking directly with the airline, plus an additional service fee, I expect the booking process and documentation to at least be clear and hassle-free.

I will definitely book directly with the airline next time. I would not recommend McFlight/vfly.

Review of the website:

The website works, but there are a few issues that make the purchase confusing:
   •   After payment, the invoice is unclear — there are two PDF documents, one for insurance and another for the invoice, and it’s not clear what I am actually paying for.
   •   Information about the tickets is also confusing — I paid, but it’s not clear where to find them after purchase.

On the positive side, customer support works very well — they respond quickly and clearly.

Overall, the service works, but the invoice layout and ticket navigation need serious improvement.

It was pretty straightforward to book the tickets. I am yet to take my flight but so far I’ve had a good experience.

Top , booking was easy and fast .

It was fast and easy but it would be more efficient to add to the website the payment state and does my flight confirmed or not .
Otherwise it was a good experience .

I went to book my flight there after being directed from skyscanner. I could not pay directly via the website which is very suspicious.
So i decided to call them of which I had to keep calling them multiple times so that they create my booking /invoice. They assured they will send within a few minutes which was longer and I gave up and just booked directly from the airplane website.
So of course I did not pay on their payment link so no enforceable contract and I didn't want any contact after all that drama.
They kept sending me emails and I replied to one of them saying basically I do not need their services of which they sent me an email saying they charge me a 100% cancellation fee. IS THIS SOME SORT OF MADNESS!!!!!!
This also seems to be a pattern based on some of the reviews I have just seen here !
Since I am Germany ,I will have to report them to the consumer rights under EU law and see how this goes

I had a very negative experience with this company.
The payment failed due to reasons beyond my control, even though I made an instant transfer exactly as instructed — which is proven by the bank receipts I attached. However, I never received the tickets.
I contacted both the support and the accounting departments (buchhaltung and service), but after more than 24 hours, I have still received no reply — except for an automatic bot message confirming receipt of my emails.

Terrible service. No one responds, and customers are left completely in the dark.

Update from July 28: the support team has reviewed the case, confirmed the payment, and sent the travel documents.
Conclusion: the support team does not work on weekends.

Booking was fast and received the booking info email right away and financial process with alltours

All worked well, booking code via website successfully received. Have to take a flight yet, though :)

Easy booking, good offers

Everything was smooth. We got our tickets last minute and still very cheap including 23 kg luggage.

Biiiig SCAM I left the website without paying and they say that I own them money and if I want to cancel a trip that I never pay and confirm I should pay 50% of the tickets!!!

I looked into one of their flights but left the site without buying it when they asked for an exorbitant fee for the booking. Ended up buying from another provider. They are now saying that I owe them money???? for a flight I never booked???

I had an amazing experience booking via mcflight, tickets were sent immediately. Overall the booking experience was simple and transparent. Thanks mcflight.

I've booked my flight by mcflight.de, the booking was easy, there is no hassle about additional offers when you book.
The price was good comparing to other alternatives.
Just the payment process is a bit long because I got used to pay by alltours (mcflight partner)
