How I took the wrong decision buying from MOBICO!!!
Be careful with this company, you should not trust it, and try to avoid buying from it.
I purchased refurbished iPhone from MOBICO, since it is a DUTCH company, promising 2-year warranty for the device.
Wrong decision!!! No real warranty!!!
The screen was faulty, non-genuine, and after 2 months it stopped working.
I asked for replacement and received a request to pay for a repair of about 200 euros.
No client service, no management, no guarantee.
I suspected them to scam me, so I took the phone to PhoneLab to check and repair the phone.
The check said that the screen is the cheapest one and tends to break easily. I paid for the repair myself.
I even asked them when I bought it if the screen is genuine and they said yes, otherwise I'd never ever buy this phone.
So be careful

Twice I was sent a phone where the software malfunctioned. The phone constantly timed out. After returning the phone, I was told that I was not logged out of icloud. I spent half an hour with apple looking for the problem, but in the end apple said that yes I was logged out. The customer service was pretty good apart from the icloud issue. I am sending the second phone back because it had the same software issue as the first and will try again with another company.

Update: I have my new phone from another company. I could set it up within 15 minutes. I spent hours on the mobico phone. If it doesn’t work immediately, send it back and do not spend hours trying to fix it, like I did!
Mobico was quick to refund money too. Again customer service was excellent!

Ik heb de refurbished iPhone 10R gekocht voor de vriendin die, komende van een IPhone 6s er erg blij mee is. Het toestel werd netjes ingepakt en snel geleverd. Tot verrassing werd het toestel geleverd met gratis screenprotector en oplaadsetje! Wow, wat een service!

After sales support was excellent. I have purchased two phones from the company. One phone stopped working after about 5 months. It was replaced under the guarantee. The process was very quick and efficient.

We have just purchased a refurbished iPhone through Mobico NL. What a fantastic experience: the phone itself is near new, there a no signs of any usage, the battery seems brand new, data transfer was flawless and it operates like a new phone.
The service from Mobico NL was perfect. They delivered what they said they would, at the time they indicated and it seems to be backed up with a good warranty.

I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max at a like new condition. The phone came within a day and it was perfect with 100% battery health. I strongly recommend this store!

Perfect, have been buying mobile phones for my mother and I for years. They have never disappointed me.

iPhone came in excellent condition including all stated extras!

They sold me a phone labeled "as new", but didnt work (it was continuously turning on and off), so sent it back, but then again received back a not working phone, claiming it was reviewed, repairing. Of course, given no trust after this experience requested a refund, still waiting.
Overall not a professional approach. Also for sending back the phone you need to pay yourself the postal costs. Would not recommend the services on this web-shop.

Ik belde gisteren en kreeg informatie, ze zei dat ze alleen zwarte kleur hadden,:)) maar ik zei dat ik als een idioot aan het wachten ben. Waarom bel je me niet of e-mail je me niet?
Het spijt ons, het spijt ons, het spijt ons, er wordt niets gehoord behalve de antwoorden!
Dus ik zei: stuur de zwarte telefoon onmiddellijk en ze zeiden oké.
Tot nu toe heb ik het nog steeds niet ontvangen. koop absoluut niets van deze plek, OPLICHTERS

25/01/2024 I ordered an iPhone 14 256 GB purple phone and paid 699.
Today is 30/01/2024, the phone is still not there

I called yesterday and got information, she said they only have black color,:)) but I said I'm waiting like an idiot. Why don't you call me or email me?
We're sorry, we're sorry, we're sorry, nothing is heard except the answers!
So I said send the black phone immediately and they said okay.
So far I still haven't received it.
dont Buy absolutely nothing from this place, SCAMMERS

I recently made the best tech decision of my life by buying the iPhone 13 Pro Max from Mobico, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute game-changer! They didn't just sell me a phone; they delivered joy, innovation, and the future in a white little package in a very short time! This phone is like a superhero on steroids. The speed, the camera quality, the battery life it's like heaven on earth. Can't wait to start vlogging and showing my African audience the best of Europe.

I bought an 'nieuwstaat' iPhone 11 ProMax in August 2022. The first time the phone stopped working was less than a month after I received it, and since that I had to return different phones three times(!) because they weren't working. Each time I asked for my money back but they kept sending me "new" phones. I'm still in my 2 year warranty period and they refuse to give me the money back. We have written more than 100 emails back and forth. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered (#514809) a phone the 27th of November, as a great planner, to make sure to get it by Christmas (which is also my son’s birthday).
I was continually asked to wait 5 more days because they did not have my device. How can you sell something you don’t even have?!
On top of it, now its the 18th!!! And now I am getting my money back “maybe” before Christmas?!!! HOW DOES THIS HELP?!!!
I have to try to buy it elsewhere at a much much higher price, and I don’t even know if it is still available ANYWHERE!

Mobico has proven to be unreliable and I am terribly disappointed that their problem has now become MY problem.

Not even an apology or compensation for the additional cost I must now incur and the additional unnecessary stress added!

Perfect condition of the refurbished iPhone, amazing customer service and fast delivery! Also found a really good deal about 50% of the original price. Trustworthy

I have found it reliable and honest...

Honestly, best delivery service ever so far.
Phone arrived whiting 24 h after the order.
