My first batch of candle vessels came smashed and scratched likely to be from Royal Mail. I immediately contacted London Luxury Suppliers & they replaced the whole batch (they were all ruined) and shipped them the same day. Really fantastic customer service, which is the important bit for small businesses. Will use lots going forward!

The service is always been incredible in the past. The promptness and transparency is very good for the business. My last order wasn't great as one of the fragrances leaked during delivery. This issue would have come from the warehouse.

I am obsessed with this FO I ordered!!! I live in the US and discovered the rhubarb rose FO in a candle on Orkney Island while vacationing. I was beyond thrilled when I found out London Luxury Candle Supplies had this FO and could send it to the US. Great Experience from Start to Finish
I bought some jars, and the delivery was fast. When I had an issue with the delivery, I received a super quick response, and the matter was resolved right away. Victoria was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend!
