My parcel arrived in good time
My parcel arrived in good time, as promised by courier. The parcel was well packed but unfortunately the Coconut Mill and Patchouli oil had leaked out of the plastic bag it was in and into the box. The silver foil seal under the well secured lid was pierced so leakage was inevitable. The smell of this item is predominantly vinegar so I won’t be using. However, I am very happy with the other four items including two other oils.

Great candle vessels BUT......
The vessels looked great . The small ones were perfect, but the large ones, Red and Gold in particular, had chips on the lids at the point where the lid in the upside down position for delivery touched the rim of the main vessel. The high point of some of the flutes had small chip(s) - possibly happened in delivery/transit. Although bubble wrapped the wrap wasn't secure. The chips spoilt the appearance because the bright white ceramic of the chip(s) stood out against the bright colours, particlarly on the Red. Once seen couldn't be unseen!. I trust all the lids were perfect before delivery. I thought about returning, but just wasn't worth the hassle, cost to return, repackaging etc A pity because I was going to purchase at least another 6 or more of the large vessels and small vessels. Can't take the chance of damage, albeit very very slight.
In conclusion; fantastic vessels for candles, spoilt by these small chips which are highly visible on the lids.
I may reconsider after I've made candles with these vessels. They will be Christmas presents for family and friends, and so need to be perfect.
I would ask the Company to check the quality before boxing up for delivery, and if chip free to then reconsider how the lids are secured on top of the main vessel within the packaging box. It might just need to have the lids taped securely onto to the main vessel with bubble wrap in between so they don't chatter/vibrate when they are in transit. Delivery boxes do get handled quite vigourously by carriers!

Appalling service
Appalling service. DO NOT USE!
First order, fragrance leaked all over the box. The stink was overwhelming. Placed bottles on my table to clean box contents (wax, tins etc) & it melted the table varnish! Ruined my table. Took weeks of back & forth emails, with lots of chasing from me. They are callous & offered not even an extra fiver as good will for the damage to my table which will cost hundreds to repair. I genuinely only asked for a gesture. My first order & nothing on the bottle to warn of this. And beyond that, the bottles were placed on the table in their bag too. Offer 104g of fragrance refund only. Took to managing director & still not so much as an apology from any of them. Instead told they will only speak with my legal representative if i escalate. Very threatening. I will be seeking advice from trading standards. Honestly an awful company that needs boycotting!
Your response equates to calling me a liar. We established how the damage occurred, I told you. How awful your customer service really is. AVOID!

We investigated your complaint thoroughly and responded to all correspondence. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a refund for the leaked fragrance oil. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept liability for damage to furniture, as we could not establish that the damage occurred due to a product defect or that appropriate steps had been taken to mitigate any potential damage once the leak was discovered.
As your emails indicated that you intended to pursue legal action and involve Trading Standards, we advised that any further discussions regarding liability should be handled through the appropriate legal process. This is standard practice and was not intended to be threatening.
We always aim to provide a fair and professional service to all our customers and regret that we were unable to reach a resolution acceptable to you.
