Ordered on a Wednesday and delivered on the following day. Very helpfully the sleepers were put into the back garden, where I needed them, by the two delivery gents, which I was not expecting. Overall an excellent experience from my part and quality service and product from Sherman and Young. Nr 1 timber supplier from now on.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I placed my order on line ,someone rang the next day to check it was all correct, turns out I had done some measurements wrong ,so they corrected it ,I informed them I had dogs so they rang half an hour before delivery to check id secured the dogs ,they even locked the gate as they left ,fast delivery, I ordered 7 panels Monday evening they were delivered Thursday morning .I would highly recommend this company 👌

I was provided with a good product at a good price.
The company has stated that it is early days on the digital side and this was evident by a receipt of a text message saying my delivery was due and 2 minutes later having a knock on my door. All well because I was at home.
This is a good company and the teething problems will be sorted.
