Ordering process was great
Ordering process was great and the website easy to navigate and use.
Unfortunately the supplier sent the wrong item and it had to be refunded.
I was supposed to get a call to confirm delivery but that didn't happen, luckily I was home.
This was not a reflection on Plane and Simple and I would highly recommend their service.

My delivery went to my neighbour
My delivery went to my neighbour! 6 x 25kg bags to lift was impossible for me.... You wouldn't return that day... My neighbour isn't friendly and it took her gardener the following day to bring them across for me so not impressed with the service provided.
I did contact Plane and Simple and spoke to a lady about the mix up. I then rang the next day when the next door neighbour's gardener brought them over for me. I rang Plane and simple to let them know this had happened and they were thankful that the driver didn't need to come out again.
