Love the lash lift treatment, never had an issue ☺️

I received 1 tube- when i ordered the promotion buy 1 get 3 free- which includes the brush. Besides that the shade is wrong. I emailed 4 days ago and received an AI generated response that someone would contact me and have not heard back. I have since emailed 2 more times. All i want now is a full refund which i stated in the email and noone is responding. They took my money but now crickets! Annoyed to say the least. Customer service sucks!

Didn’t receive everything that was stated in order and tried to contact through chat only to be told I was supposed to join membership for $40 before I could talk to a tech about missing items…. What a scam!!

I ordered this month also never received my foundation or anything here it is Nov 7tj still nothing and the number you call doesn’t even work

I contacted your company about whether a refund was possible as I had an allergic reaction to the product. Unfortunately, I have been ignored completely. I will not recommend this company.

I like the offers for other Luxe products at a discount. It was a smooth checkout.

Please just don’t my order never made it to fulfillment. Two phone calls two websites later and I haven’t gotten my order and was told to go on a website, download a form and mail it back to have it added back to my account. Just don’t waste your time with this company.

I was skeptical at first because it’s a little pricey but so glad I tried it because I absolutely love this makeup I am 58 and it’s the only makeup I’ve used that doesn’t look caked on and the color matches perfectly I highly recommend this product especially to older women

I tried Luxe after many years of trying to find the correct makeup. Love how easy to apply and how great it stays on all day.

Love the product! I made a mistake on color i selected and sent an email requesting correction of the color. I received a very quick response with my problem corrected. I love the foundation and how it looks and feels on my face. Excited to try more products in rhe future.

I love this product. It works great for my over 50 face and blemishes. I always have a hard time color matching, but the medium tone picks up my skin tone nicely. A little goes a long way and I have had my first tube for well over 6 months.

I really like this makeup but I was not happy how all the addition products were pushed. I understand that these items have a purpose but this got too expensive.

Beware because it’s a scam. They finally canceled my order, but have not refunded my money. Email comes back unable to be delivered and phone number doesn’t go through. 110.00 they stole from me. I will be reporting fraud.

Buyer Beware Regarding Luxe Cosmetics….
They are a scam!!! Do not waste your time or money!
I placed my order yesterday, and after 3 e-mails with the company, and receiving 3 e-mails back from “Lila”, I have yet to receive a confirmation or order number so I have been unable to verify or track my order.
Therefore I will be canceling my credit card payment and contacting the BBB.
This company is not to be trusted!

It was easy to order and i was happy until i got a text saying i needed to complete my order. I followed the link and it said CC info required to complete order. I first went to my bank account online because I knew I entered it already. I found where the money had come out of my account, but i was worried because the promotion i clicked on said it expired at midnight on halloween. The deal was buy 2 Luxe foundations and receive 50% off plus get free shipping, free brush and a free eyelash serum. So i ordered two. I should be getting 4 foundations, 2 brushes and 2 eyelash serums, that is not the case. I am really satisfied that after a couple of texts and emails i did get a confirmation that my payment went through.
