Great service - they were really quick to respond & were with me a few hours after I called. Steve couldn't have been more helpful - fixed my back door, which wouldn’t lock, really quickly & helped with an issue on my front door lock. Would thoroughly recommend.

One of the worst things that can happen to one in this busy world is to close the front door on way to pick someone up from the station realising you have locked yourself out !READ OTHER REVIEWSTOO!We were rescued by ALAN on a coldish evening within an hour and he even gave us an ETA and how much the call out would cost.His van was his office and workroom...he even cut us 2 new spare keys.Polite efficient wonderful service.Well done ....I have already recommend you this morning...and a BIG thankyou.

Called at 9.50 and Simon arrived at 12 as arranged. Couldn't fault his manners or workmanship. Explained what he was going to do in detail and clearly explained the different locks to us as well as the prices. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend using .

Kevin specified he would arrive within 1 hour 10 mins.
which he did.
Diagnosed the problem with front door lock.
Proceeded to find a different lock he could break as front door lock quite expensive - found a solution and gained access then replaced the cheaper lock.
Finally worked on the front door lock and solved the problem.
Thereby solving our problem and saving us some money.
We can thoroughly recommend.

Appt was made easily, and attended on time. The locksmith was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful and had the job done in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased customer.

Came at time specified over the phone (within 2 hours of phonecall), recognised the issue straight away and fixed the problem and then adjusted fixtures and fittings which had slightly moved over time to make sure door opened/closed seemlessly. Would definitely recommend.
