I received an order confirmation where it was stated that the item would be sent within 10 days which is ridiculous and I therefore made an annulation at once. I was told that I had to wait to receive the product and then send it back to somewhere in Poland and then self pay the retour costs. This is against NL law but the company did not react. I will not trade there again.
I order nebulizer. Status says it is delivered on 17.10. However I never received package, neither I recived reply when I send email to customer service. Terrible company and customer service!
Never ever purchase, it's a fraud. My package was never delivered, my tracking number showed me the package was delivered. It is a scam, don't ever buy anything
Please don’t buy on this shop.. they are SCAM the things came from china and very CHEAP.. aside from that missing two items in delivery. I ordered more than 1,000kr. And lack of two items which cost 310kr. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. and no reply at all on their email.
The products I ordered actually came from Shein, which is not a Danish company. They only have a Danish domain and website, but everything is shipped from China.
The products weren’t necessarily bad, but if I had known they were from Shein, I wouldn’t have ordered from this website.
