This is a fraud site that signs you up for monthly membership without giving any information about it. I ordered some hair product worth 40euros and after few days they took my 14,95 euros out of the blue. I found out about monthly fee after investigating. This is very disapponting and annoying.

Items were received quickly and they seemed to be legit.

Order 05025074808479X has been returned to sender by DPD without delivery. I have sent multiple emails to support@bazta with no response. Please help me resolve this.

ordered fidget balls May 5; there's a connection to track it that I still have. I live in Austin and the tracker states it was delivered to the individual in Richardson on May 26... which is 180 miles away and with no street name like mine. Correspondence with Clara over June and into July claims it was delivered June 2nd ... which is not in the tracker and DID NOT HAPPEN. Avoid this company.

Excellent product and services

Complete scam company - they claim that they send your items and nothing arrives due to the end courier not receiving the correct information to deliver. The customer support does not exist - it is an empty inbox designed to collect complaints that nobody addresses. I will get my money back - and that is that.

Continued to take £10 payment after purchase after reading up on this company they are a con as your signed up to a subscription without you knowing

I just bought soap for €6.50 and ended up paying for a so-called membership subscription, which costs €14.95 per month for three months, without noticing. I eventually had to cancel my credit card.

I ordered a €6 cleaning product, and somehow got a €15 / month subscription without any email confirmation. I requested a refund, but customer service simply stopped my subscription. It's such a horrible way of doing business, really shameful. How can you sign someone up on a membership without informing them or sending a confirmation email? Horrible. Will never ever buy from bazta again .

Wrong item received with someone else's name, address and order details.
Have contact customer services several times but have had no response. Item paid for and not received, not had a refund either. Don't bother ordering from this company!

I was a little disappointed when I got my package because one perfume bottle was leaking and the inside of the box was a little distorted and the other bottle had scratches on and the box was destroyed and when I removed the cap the spray pump came off

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I made a simple, one-time purchase for a bottle of shampoo, and without any clear transparency, they sneakily signed me up for a hidden "VIP membership" and charged my account 139 SEK.

This is a textbook "subscription trap" (prenumerationsfälla). They intentionally design their checkout process to deceive customers. When you approve the payment via a digital wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) for what you think is just the product, they use that biometric approval to authorize a recurring, hidden subscription fee.

When I realized what happened, I immediately canceled the so-called "membership" and contacted their customer service via their form and email to request a refund for this unauthorized charge. SURPRISE: Complete silence. They claim to answer within 24 hours, but they completely ignore you. Their customer support is practically non-existent.

I was forced to permanently block and cancel my credit card just to make sure these scammers don't drain my account again in the future.

Stay far away from Bazta.se and their Danish parent company, Plus Global ApS. They don't make their money by selling cheap products; they make it by tricking honest people into subscriptions they never asked for. Save your money and your peace of mind!

It is definitely a scam website. They just automatically charge so-called membership fees without me knowing at all in the first place. I found out 4 months after, so I lost 60 euro for nothing. And I sent several emails to their company but no one replies. Definately a fraud website.

Very good. No issues, prompt dispatch and very quick delivery given comong to the UK from Denmark! Items as expected too.
The only thing id note is that it wasnt clear that id be signed up to a subscription as it was written only in small print amd only found out by checking reviews for Bazta post ordering. This should be made clear and upfront before signing up really. Otherwise no concerns or complaints :)

STOP……. Please don’t order from this site. You won’t receive what you paid for and will be charged a subscription. They don’t know the meaning of customer care. They are so rude and you will be paying for it. PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM
