So I called the phone number for customer service several times just to hear a french recording which I did not understand. I contacted you via email as well explaining the situation and asked for a call back in Germany. No response. Will never order again.

I do not know how they have that high score here. We have ordered sneakers for our kid, since then 3 weeks, we do not have shoes and honestly its time to buy boots. If we knew that delivery last like endlessly, i would not buy here. Also we do not know if we will get the shoes ever, and there is no possibility to cancel the order

Item arrived faulty
Item arrived faulty. Big glue stain on shoe. Return policy states that if an item is faulty, you will receive a postage label. The return form itself is very very hard to even complete, and then has to be reviewed. Upon review they told me I have to pay for postage myself - in complete contradiction to their own terms. Avoid!
