I bought 2 desks and on the delivery date and time, the delivery company was a no show. I was not able to get in touch with the delivery company so I contacted Ofinto directly and was met with friendliness, professionalism and extremely helpful assistance. Once the desks arrived, I decided that I'd prefer the legs in a different colour. Once again, Ofinto was truly amazing. So helpful and friendly and very fast with their response time. I have now assembled both desks and they look beautiful. I can only highly recommend Ofinto for great products and fantastic customer support.

The staff in Zurich were very helpful and demonstrated all the capabilities of the office chair. The chair was delivered as arranged by Sieber who also assembled the chair and took away all the packaging.

The Active office chair is comfortable and nice looking. The Customer service on the other hand is the worst I have ever encountered. It took Ofinto 2 Months to handle my complaint. At first, they did not believe my complaint and wanted pictures from different angles. They started to cooperate only after I set a deadline. In total I had to send 14 E-Mails and 13 pictures until the case was resolved. At one point they told me measuring 70cm accurately is very hard. To me that sounds like they tried to gaslight me in to thinking the problem was not real. Only after a considerable amount of time was invested by me, I found the actual Problem. The bracket where the backrest and armrests are attached to was not level with the rest of the chair. The height difference over the length of the bracket was just over 1mm. This caused a 1.5 cm difference in hight for the armrests. In the Process of replacing the faulty part they had to deliver a tool to uninstall the gas spring. I used the tool as described in the manual. After using it I noticed the tool damaged the chair. They offered 35€ as compensation for the inconvenience. I am done with Ofinto. Never again!

Edit: After i wrote this review Ofinto reached out. They listened, took my complaint serious and seemed serious in their intention to never let something like this happen again. In the end Ofinto compensated me fairly. I guess my case fell through the cracks. Sh*t happens.

I think the 4.8 score is not fair. I have 2 of their tables, and they work perfectly after 2 years!

I weight around 95kg, and sometimes I leaned pretty hard at the table, even though here is my table as if it was brand new.

When I first bought them, one came with one of the corners smashed. I got in touch with the support, and they've sent me a brand-new tabletop.

If you have the money, got for it. The tables are awesome.

An unbelievably comfortable office chair, clearly designed with the human body in mind.

Seems good so far. Turned up quickly.

Purchased the chair in May 2023. As I'm traveling quite a lot, I had no time to test it properly in the first month; in August 2023, I was using it for 4 weeks in a row. I noticed the chair tilted and wobbled much so I claimed ofinto as the chair was in warranty. After-sales service offered multiple solutions and we came out with an agreement.

It's a really good chair. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today, as I didn't find any reviews outside of their website. The chair took 5 minutes to assemble, and it's super sturdy, comfortable, lightweight. I think it's a great alternative to the random stuff I was contemplating of buying from *mazon :)
