Massive scam. I ordered an account and two days later still didn't get anything, even though on their site they claim it will be sent in 5 minutes from payment. Avoid at all costs

The absolute worst experience with any online service provider. They don't care about their customers, just want to scam them. Horrible company

It's a really good chair. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today, as I didn't find any reviews outside of their website. The chair took 5 minutes to assemble, and it's super sturdy, comfortable, lightweight. I think it's a great alternative to the random stuff I was contemplating of buying from *mazon :)

Absolutely zero customer support. I recently bought an expired domain name via snapnames.com and they automatically transferred me to BigRock. First of all the most basic of things (changing DNS records) doesn't work on their super outdated dashboard. And then there is absolutely NO customer support. Zero. Nada. Looks like a ghost town, an project being abandoned in in 2001.

Ce fut une expérience difficile : 6 mois après avoir commandé un article, je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu, mais après avoir réexpliqué à leur support qu'il n'était pas arrivé (bien que leur société de livraison l'ait dit), ils ont envoyé un remboursement dans le finir. La meilleure façon de gérer cela est de continuer à demander des numéros de suivi, puis d'appeler les sociétés de livraison tous les jours pour s'assurer qu'elles livrent correctement.

First of all, these people never reply to support tickets! As you may see from everyone else here, this is a general problem with them.
Second, the delivery companies they work with are really bad. I am still waiting for my parcel 3 weeks after I paid for 24h shipping.
I am sad for their support people that they have to deal with this.
