One of the best customer support experiences I've ever had with any company.

We bought two Expert height-adjustable desks and two chairs, and the quality is genuinely excellent — solid, durable materials that feel built to last. The packaging deserves a special mention too: it was obvious they really care about the products reaching you in the best possible condition.

The only issue was with delivery, and that was entirely down to the Hungarian postal service (Magyar Posta), not Yaasa. Yaasa handled it impeccably — they did everything they could to resolve it as quickly as possible, stayed in constant contact, and replied to every single one of my emails immediately. Truly remarkable customer support. When my package still hadn't arrived after a week because of the courier, they resent the entire order without me even having to ask.

In the end I received the original shipment, and then the resent one arrived two days later — which I of course returned to them.

In short: one of the best support experiences I've had with any company. A special thank you to Alexandra for all her effort and help. Highly recommended — we'll definitely order again.

I enjoy a lot with my new Desk Expert! It’s rock-solid, and the height-adjustable design makes working all day a pleasure.

I had a small cable issue after assembly, but Yaasa’s customer-care team resolved it quickly and professionally. Although it took a little while to reach them, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the fix was flawless.

After only three years, one motor of my desk stopped working. This is extremely disappointing, as a product like this should last much longer.

What makes it even worse is that newer models now come with a 10-year warranty, while my desk had a much shorter warranty period. Despite multiple contacts with customer service, there was no empathy or understanding for my situation. The only solution offered was to spend even more money on a product that already let me down.

I expected much better quality and service from this company. I would not recommend this brand to others.
