Super service and pricing policy

Fantastic
Great and so easy to deal with. I ordered a box of Perdomo it arrived within a week. Very well packaged at a brilliant price and no customs fees.

Resolved.
They sent my cigars with incorrect documents which led to customs rejecting them. Over the span of almost a month I have sent them maybe 10 emails with only two replies with silly apologies.
Somebody named James claiming to be the general manager sent me an apology email confirming their error and he has also not replied almost a week later too. I repeatedly asked for a refund but they are ignoring me. They have literally stolen over €250 from me. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this terrible company!!! PS: I’ll happily share screenshots of emails and their incorrect documents attached to my order.
After my review the company finally resolved my issue and I finally received my refund.
For that reason I have also upped my rating to two stars instead of one. Maybe one day I’ll give them another try. Maybe they will get 5 stars.
