I love Jellycats and now have a great collection. However, the price is getting a lot for what you get. But if you love and enjoy them then I guess you pay for that too. They are generally very well made, soft and cuddly as well as very cute! Ordering on the website is easy if in stock and delivery is always very good and fast.

I can't believe how wonderful this company is. I had an issue with a gift going to the wrong address (my fault) and they sent out a replacement to the correct address. Who does that these days???? Jellycat does. Love them.

I made an order which included personalisation and realised there was an error. Appreciate this was my mistake, but I followed up within 2 minutes. They refused to offer any alternative - no refund, changes or replacements. Basically said I’d have to pay £30 for a useless item.

I delivered my address with all the details the web told me to put and i paid for the express delivery, I did this procedure the 11th of july and today is 20th of july in the night and I talked with the company which was delivering my jellycat and they told me there was an issue with the address and I don’t know why because I put all the things you guys asked me to fill.

My parcel unfortunately got lost once shipped out and i emailed and the same day i got a reply and the issue sorted great customer service

First time ordering from the jellycat website and I couldn't be happier. I paid £5 shipping and it wasnt meant to come until Tuesday the 21st of July but it came the next day. It also came with a jellycat bag which I was really happy about.
The jellycat itself is in perfect condition as expected and im extremely happy with it.

Im glade amuseables espresso cup came back into stock and it was fast delivery.

I am honest, I really enjoy the marketing concept a lot. Also, I've always been a friend of stuffed animals. They give me comfy feeling and I just need them in my life. Jellycat just has the coolest designs and best quality. Be careful, I said "just get one" in the beginning but he needed some friends right? Now I already have 8 of them and I enjoy their company a lot, thanks jellycat!

Despite a delay and eventual missing of the initial package, we're happy.
The contact with the support team was quick, friendly and problem-solving. After contact with the carrier, a replacement was sent over with hiigh-speed and this arrived in due time. Thank you team Jellycat for this!

Carter went above and beyond to fix my mistake in my order. It was my mistake and Carter took time to get it all sorted out on my behalf. So grateful for the kind quick response as well.

My experience unfortunately did not go to plan. My parcel was lost by royal mail. I got in touch with jellycat via the contact form, they were so quick to reply and apologetic despite it not being their fault. I recieved a full refund promptly without any messing around or form filing in.

Kind, courteous, attentive. Jamie was a great help. He put effort into finding the answer to the question I had. He did his research and got back to me promptly. It’s very hard to find customer service these days that really seem to care. I will definitely continue to shop with your company and if I have any more questions, I will definitely reach out to Jamie again.

Unfortunately if there was a 0 star I’d have to give it! I returned two jelly cats totalling £75.00 in April 2026. Unfortunately being disabled I haven’t been able to check for the refund due to ill health but it hasn’t been made! I am so disappointed being such a well known company however I didn’t receive the refund after sending two jelly cats back in the packaging not touched and spoken to customer services to arrange collection! 3 months after & checking the bank Jelly Cats haven’t put the refund back.
Please check when you send Jelly Cats back for whatever reason make sure the refund is back in your account! Unfortunately for me I’ll health stopped me checking but I would have thought it would have been done knowing how sought after jelly cats are! However never will I & I have & will tell us not order from them again!

I ordered a Blossom Cream 'Berry' plush bunny for $33 and a Jellycat gift box for $8. However, when I received my order, I only received the Blossom Cream 'Berry' plush bunny. I feel cheated. If you are reading this, please contact me and send me the missing item.
