Good price and good customer service

Good price and good customer service. Although you have to make sure that you carefully read all information and follow the exact instructions for the flight check-in and hotel transfers. That (together with some inaccuracies in the instructions) created me some confusion and anxiety, but the customer service responded within the day, so all good.

The hotel is not a five star hotel

The hotel is not a five star hotel. The hotel has nice rooms with a minibar (water, cola, sinas). The balcony is very small 1,5m2. The food in the restaurant is only good of you eat early afther opening 19.00. Poor refills. The Beach is Nice, but no bar in may. You have to go inside the hotel for a drink. There are to less sunbeds ar the pool. Afther 8.45 everthing is occupied. This hotel has been an adult only before and that shows. Not realy for kids. The price we paid comparing to the hotel was fine! You can’t expect the moon for a cheap price. If you realy want 5 stars, this is not your hotel!

bad food, not a 5 star resort and despite its name there’s no Spa.

Overall this ain’t a 5 star hotel and despite the name of the hotel there isn’t a spa or any other wellness center except maybe the two sheds were you can have a very bad to mediocre massage and there is a beautysalon.

For both you have to pay (a lot) extra. You are approached aggressively by the guys trying to sell you a massage continuously.

For the all inclusive formula there’s free food (3 times a day, nothing offerend outside these moments) and local drinks. In reality the food is very bad, mostly blend, overcooked, boring and everyday it’s literally the same. No 5 star. No any star. I doubt it it’s even fresh For the a la carte restaurant you have to book in advance, by standing in line for ages to get a reservation finding out everything is mostly booked.

The food at the premises is a laugh, the tapas in the Spanish restaurant for example consists out of literally 2 mushrooms out of a can or 3 olives. Nothing is really fresh.
The local drinks ain’t local but just a mix with a sugary syrup and water and everything taste literally the same. The wines are undrinkable and for a more less normal bottle of wine you have to pay at least 19 euros. Cocktails are a laugh, it just syrup with vaguely the taste of a drink.

The resort is seriously understaffed, constantly asking for tips and to change euro coins. We have to wait for everything. They forget orders or bring the wrong food.
Nothing is done automatically and we have to call frontdesk everytime for eg towelchanges or to get some extra amenities reception is hardly proactive to tell that for example activities like a gym or yoga or off the grounds and a 5 - 10 minute walk away.

The rooms are old, things break off, the rainshower is broken and hardly produces any water, there is bath but it’s more a tiled bassin with cracks and tiles coming off and ain’t a pleasure to sit in. The airconditioning is extremely noisy and have to set it below 10 degrees to get any cooling

There are no activities on the resort but all take place at the other resorts but you’ll have to find out yourself about it
The WiFi is not free in reality there is only free WiFi at the lobby, the very expensive paid WiFi (35€) isn’t working properly with hardly any reception especially in the rooms. We bought SIM cards but in the rooms there isn’t any reception at all

There’s hardly any beach and you have to get up early to get any spot where you can sit nicely. The coral is destroyed and there is no supervision of people walking straight over the remains of the coral

This resort feels as a factory and a tourist trap and for the price I’ve paid and the promises I’ve been made i feel robbed and we’ll obviously will never return.

The weather was everyday nice and sunny .
Some restaurants (especially The Cove) were helpful and friendly and served good breakfast. Some off the grounds restaurant were good like the Thai restaurant.

Strangely enough the resort get only good reviews. I hardly complain about hotels etc but this just ain’t no good resort and certainly not a 5 star resort. Then we were asked to post a positive review on TripAdvisor by the workers, he said he actually would accompany me to a computer to fill in a review! So apparently that’s the way to get those raving reviews

Watch out for hotel con men

The hotel was lovely, we stayed in the 2nd building, The food was great, the only issue I had was with the reps, they constantly hound you to have mud baths and picture and spa treatments, and the 2 trip we did book through our holiday rep we were charged almost double the amount to what other guest were charged, we was told we would get a refund but have been ignored since returning home. I'm unable to get in touch now, I would advise any guest to book trips on the street as they are alot cheaper.

Never again.

Never again.
We went by car from Denmark to Hamborg airport.
Our flight was cancelled. And they put my daughters name wrong on the new booking. So she could not come with us.
Nobody could help us. Not in the airport not on the phone.
We bought her a one Way flight for 450€ so she could come with us. And after a lot of mails and bad bad bad service. I have nothing heard for 2,5 months about compensation.
I am never using ITS or DER touristik again,

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency. Due to the Lufthansas cancelation of flights, the agency decided to blackmail us into accepting a flight from Nürnberg at 4am, instead of München 10:30am. The time is of great importance for us since we travel with two small children. They told us we have to accept the Nürnberg flight or they are going to mark us as a “no show”, and not give us our money back. We gave them the option of switching our flight two days later, but at the same time and from München, which they declined. They have ruined the joy of travel, caused too much stress and are a horrible, unpleasand and first and foremost UNREACHABLE agency, since for all comunication you have to go through chechk24.
Do yourself a favor and skip booking through this blackmailing agency.

Stay away..

Stay away... all perfectly well as long as there are no issues. Their response to COVID 19 is appalling and the worse I’ve seen. We organised a family holiday to Turkey before the Covid issue. A group of several Families travelling from Germany, Spain and England. Unfortunately part of the family in Spain decided to travel through Germany while the others through the UK. Well, due to the uncertainty of covid19 and the impact it can have in our life’s we decided to postpone the trip to 2021. sudden restrictions from travellers from Spain is a high risk and here is where a good service provider will show their true face. They have made almost impossible to change the dates and without consideration are charging far more than the deposit as penalty. On top of it while we try to compromise with them which is not longer than 2 weeks their charges are increasing. Opposed to this our bookings made through the UK have been postponed to 2021 without any additional charges and so did others from Spain. ITS you are Morally wrong, stick to your terms and conditions which heavily differ from other more serious providers. Governments are stepping in to helping people to cope with the crisis and here is a company looking for their profits regardless the cost. ITS... shame on you, we trusted you before Covid and you are a disgrace to the industry
