I do not recommend the Jeep Safari…
I do not recommend the Jeep Safari excursion and I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of Coral Travel representative Karolina Bernatonyte.
During the excursion, children and some adult passengers were seated in the open rear section of the vehicle. According to a speed tracking app on my phone, the vehicle reached speeds of around 80 km/h at certain points. At that speed, the wind in the open section was extremely strong. Among the passengers were children around 10 years old, including my own child. For a significant part of the journey, they were exposed to a constant strong wind.
At the same time, Coral Travel representative Karolina Bernatonyte was seated in the front part of the vehicle behind the windshield, in much more comfortable conditions. Several other adult passengers were also seated there.
When I approached her and asked for assistance or for the possibility of changing the seating arrangement, I was met with complete indifference. Instead of trying to help, the representative appeared irritated and annoyed. During our conversation, Karolina Bernatonyte rolled her eyes, made displeased facial expressions, and clearly showed that she had no interest in addressing our concerns. We were completely ignored, which is something I have never experienced before.
The most disappointing part was not the excursion itself, but the attitude toward the tourists. It felt as though our presence and our concerns simply did not matter. As a parent, I was worried about children traveling in an open vehicle at high speed under strong wind conditions, yet I saw no willingness whatsoever to help or even take the concern seriously.
After the excursion, Coral Travel sent an official response stating that all vehicles were the same and that changing seats was not possible. However, the company completely ignored the main issue: why concerns raised by parents about the conditions for children were met with such an attitude from their representative.
I travel frequently and understand that excursions do not always go perfectly. However, respectful treatment of customers should be a basic standard of service. Unfortunately, in this case I encountered indifference, a purely formal approach to my complaint, and highly unprofessional behavior from a Coral Travel representative.
As a result of this experience, my trust in Coral Travel has been seriously damaged. I consider this level of customer service unacceptable and cannot recommend this excursion to other tourists, especially families with children.
