Multiple experiences with HeyMondo
Multiple experiences with HeyMondo, travelling within Spain and outside to Hungary and USA. In USA we needed to contact a doctor and it was very quick in answering us. The recommendations were difficult to find in American stores, that would have been much better, but I imagine it's difficult to know what medicine is sold in every country, we ended up being fine with alternatives provided by the local pharmacy. Would recommend so far.

denied medical service
I had the "mulitviaje anual" for a second time, and eveery time I needed assitance they were denied because the insurance wouldn't cover an accident I had on the way to the airport. I travelled with pain and I couldn't visit a doctor since the insurance company denied me medical service.

Waste of money, won't do anything for you
Paid extra to cover problems with my flight, flight was delayed by 8h incurring in over 100€ of extra costs to me (rebooking trains, etc). Heymomdo is completely useless, you are better off with no insurance.
