Please note that to log in to our App it is required to introduce your passport number as it appears in your policy and choosing a password. You will then receive a verification code via email (please double check it doesn't go through to your junk mail folder) to complete the registration process and be able to access the App.
The App doesn’t accept the policy number as it identifies the personal information that has been used to make the purchase.
We confirm you to our agents have been in contact with you via email from hello@heymondo.com to help you with your log in.
Please note that you can contact our Heymondo Customer Care team on WhatsApp (+34 627 28 33 66) or email (hello@heymondo.com) they will be happy to help Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+1.
If you have an emergency during your trip you will be able to contact the insurance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, calling the number provided in your policy or by selecting the “Travel Assistance” option on the App (whenever you have WiFi access).

The insurance I bought covers the cancellation of a trip, so we will see if I ever have to use the insurance for the reimbursement... hopefully not though!

Before buying a policy from Heymondo, check the reviews carefully — especially the reviews about claims.
You think you are booking insurance with Heymondo, but when something actually happens and you need to make a claim, you are redirected to Iris Global.
That is where my experience became extremely poor.
It has now been around a month and a half since I submitted my claim and I still have not received my reimbursement. I sent the requested documents, and I was even confirmed by email that they had received everything they needed.
Despite that, weeks later they are asking me AGAIN for information and documents that have already been provided.
The whole process feels unnecessarily slow, repetitive and designed to make a simple claim as difficult as possible.
So be aware: you may think you are choosing Heymondo because of its branding and reviews, but when you actually need assistance, you may end up dealing with a completely different claims company and a very different level of service.
My advice: read the claim-related reviews before purchasing.
So far, this has been one of the most frustrating insurance claim experiences I have had.
