Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a towel 10th April. Washed 3 times - completely frayed. Took it back to store 13th July to be told I couldn’t have a refund/replacement as after 3 months since purchasing. When I objected told to email customer service directly - didn’t even have to courtesy to reply. Filled in the form to be told I couldn’t have a refund as I only had 30 days to complain from date of purchase (contrary to the 3 months as advised by the store). Completely unacceptable for a faulty item and I will not be purchasing anything ever again from this store. Be warned….

Our experience with Davy from belfast
Davy the assistant was first class from start to finish. Very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly and I would have no hesitation if I was thinking about buying anything else going back to see him. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go and speak to him if they wanted to buy anything.

I was able to track my delivery and it arrived well with in the time stated . I was contacted a few minutes before delivery arrived which was really good. My table was replaced and assembled on the spot damaged table taken away. No mess , very professional and very pleasant tradesmen. Well pleased. 😌
