Ordered large watercolor paper from the company. It arrived damaged, all the papers were bent in several places and not usable. Very unhelpful, only offered me a 50% refund and no other solutions. What a scam! Now I’m out shipping costs, half the cost of the product and have nothing I am able to use. What a scam!

The delivery service used by Hartem is unreliable and their customer service just sends an irrelevant standard message back.

This company take your money and do not supply the products you order. There is no telephone number to call them on. So far I have waited 14 days to receive my order. No response from them!

So far so great, I'm in Portugal and ordered some art supplies for school and the shipping was fast, everything well protected and they even sent some free stickers (yay!) Anywho, shout-out to the people behind all the process, I hope the nice service keeps up

excellent prices and good service. The only reason why it is not 5 stars is that the sending to the Netherlands takes really long. Not Hartems fault but still it is annoying.

I was looking for a particular Da Vinci brush in two sizes. They had it in stock, reasonably priced.
It took nearly two weeks to get here, even though it was quickly dispatched. That's more down to the courier, though.

Their prices are the best I can find on the pencils I buy but the dispatch and delivery times tend to be slow. I usually recieve my pencils about two weeks after placing the order. Having an express delivery option would be an improvement.
