Bought the retro blue kettle and matching toaster back end of last year,didn't use them till my kitchen was finished,in 8 months the paint has started peeling off round the lid and down the sides,sent an email with photos attached for them to come back to me and said id used harsh chemicals and a scrubber on it when i havent used anything but a soft cloth and soapy water and dried it after,i wont be buying from them again now very poor customer service and snotty email

Would give their washing machine 0 if I could. It took me half a day to switch the machine on as the starter is very very sensitive. Total rubbish. Even my friend who is an electrician has told me to get rid of it. I can’t afford another machine as this is only 5 weeks old. Lesson learned- stick to BEKO products.

This is the worst brand I have ever encountered! I bought a kettle couple months ago I kid you not the thing is rusted and messed up already which is ironic for a thing that holds water! I should of just added a couple 100 and bought smeg!

The product arrived quickly and well packed. Its an excellent item and even better value with the first item voucher code reduction which paid for my first couple of packs of ground coffee

Love Haden Products. I have had them in the past and just replaced old items because of colour change in the kitchen. I can highly recommend them.

Love the design of Haden products and have been a loyal customer. When I experienced a problem with one purchase their customer service reached out to offer support. When their suggestions did not resolve the problem a free return was arranged and a replacement sent immediately. Customer service teams have been so helpful! Thank you all.

Bought an Air Fryer, December 2025. August this year a small piece of black plastic broke from the drawer runner. Phoned the company, no quibbles, they arranged for item to be returned to them pre paid. Within a few days a new Air Fryer delivered. Now that is GOOD customer service.

I was t able to accept delivery but they delivered when I was available, prompt and arrived very safely packaged, would use again.

15 or 16 months into the 2 year warranty my air fryer developed a fault could not find the shop receipt so I contacted haden, they arranged a pickup and 10 days later the new fryer arrived. Top and friendly service all the way.
Fryer is as good as the other ones on the market at a more reasonable price

It was so refreshing to go back to a company, who honoured their warranty on an air fryer,. The staff both verbally, and in writing, we're warm and friendly and incredibly professional.

Delivery all on time as promised and my new kettle and toaster arrived safely and securely packaged.

I took quite some time choosing what kettle and toaster I wanted and I am so pleased I went for the Haden retro looking combo in red. They are perfect. Work well, seem good quality, have a great stylish look and the little details showing the water temperature and adjustable temp for toaster are great additions.

They are looking great on my countertop!

I cant comment on the customer service as everything went to plan and I have no issues, so had no need to get in touch. But all in all very happy with my purchases from Haden!

Found Haden while looking for the right size microwave, and I’m glad I did! Really nice quality, not plasticky knobs but solid build. Above all it’s a microwave with other functions that are easy to use, already tried combo/ microwave and microwave and didn’t need instructions as it was easy, nit often I use other stuff as it’s too complicated but I might just try the air fryer part next. I would definitely recommend.

Had kettle less than 4 months holder for filter fell off I complained and was told I had misused the kettle and dropped it on the floor which I most certainly hadn't and I couldn't have a refund - don't buy also lid is dangerous easy to burn yourself - funny as soon as Amazon got involved they are going to give me a refund - I have 2 other appliances from Haden but will never buy any again after the way I've been treated. Well I'm afraid you are wrong and when you see the kettle you will see that it has not been dropped or misused and I don't appreciate being accused of that and as for being sent a new casing there is no where to fit it to
