I couldn't fault Hawco during the whole process from test drive to delivery, Shannen who I dealt with from start to finish went out of her way to make the experience as stressless as possible.

On the 29th September 2025 I ordered a Volkswagon Caddy Cargo Commerce Pro van with 12 optional extras and took delivery of the van on the 3rd March 2026.
When I arrived home I noticed that the passenger seat was missing its armrest bearing in mind the Commerce Pro comes with an armrest on both seats as standard and when I called the dealer they could not understand why the armrest was missing.
After a bit of investigating it was discovered that because I had added the option of what I thought was extra armrest for the drivers seat turned out that choosing that option deleted the passenger seat armrest.
If I had been told that at the time ordering I would not have chosen that option. I have paid £48.00 pounds for drivers seat armrest which was standard equipment and had the passenger seat armrest taken away.
After numerous emails and phone calls to Hawco in Inverness some of which I have had no response to, I am getting nowhere in having the armrest issue resolved.
All I want is for Hawco or Volkswagon to reinstate the armrest which was deleted through no fault of my own but due to misleading information in the sales brochure and not being told at the dealership that this would happen.
I am extremely disappointed at lack of progress and communication dealing in this matter.

I have to praise the parts department at Hawco Inverness. From the initial phonecall to order the part for my VW, to the phonecall to let me know the part has arrived (a day earlier than anticipated), to the visit into the parts department to collect the part, Ken was such a pleasant, helpful, genuine person. I have to mention the second man I saw briefly when in, he was equally as pleasant. Thank-you for all your help, it was a very positive experience. Your staff are a credit to you. Best wishes Iona.

We recently purchased our new car from Hawco Skoda Inverness and couldn't be happier with the experience.

A special thank you to Sarah, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We travelled from Dundee to Inverness, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. She took the time to answer all our questions, never made us feel pressured, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and enjoyable.

The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and even after collecting the car, the post-sale support has been excellent. Sarah is a real credit to Hawco Skoda, and we cannot thank her enough for making the experience so memorable.

We would highly recommend both Sarah and Hawco Skoda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. A truly first-class experience.

I was really nervous but Alex was really understanding and put me at ease. He came on the test drive and let me go to my home for my husband to see if car was suitable for him to get in and out of easily. Managed fine. We had a 4 by 4 before so was a much smaller than what he was used to. Tried another car but preferred the Polo and it is more economical. Still getting used to it but it is a super wee car. Delighted with the service I received..

Although helpful and we did purchase a car, they didnt have the correct model for us to test drive even thought they had booked it in for us. I have since emailed xoncnerning a conversation i was having about a boot liner and havent had any reply.

Staff at Inverness were professional and sympathetic to our requirements.

Staff member was helpful in getting information about the car that I wanted and the after sale service was good after i purchased my new car.

Derek Morrice, sales executive was helpful and particularly patient when he had to do extra work due to my mobile phone not working!

Can't think of anything they could improve on.
