Very comfortable. I love the wide shoulder straps and the breathable material it is made from.

These bras are well constructed and the idea of never having stays and wires digging in or straps always slipping makes them even better! The fabric is cool and comfortable. The company is very responsive in answering questions.

I ordered the wrong size and they are replacing them as soon as possible so that I will have the new ones in time for my grandson’s wedding, a week away !!
And I love how the bras are made,…and can’t wait to wear the right size!! It’s going to be Great !!!!

Well, Mia helped me through with a payment and I hope I will get delivered now the articles in XXL as size L is definitely too small for me (although I am not fat!)

The customer service support (via their email address) during my ordering experience was prompt, very respectful and accommodating. If you experience an issue with ordering or any other issue, I recommend emailing support.

Once the issue is resolved I will right a review. So far communication has been done in a timely fashion.

I ordered and paid for 2 same items Bra-Tank - one beige and one black, size medium. Paid $60.73

They were so small, i requested a return and to send an extra large for both. I was told to not return and they would send replacements for 9.99 shipping. I don't like that I am being charged another shipping, but accepted the terms. II am awaiting the replacements. Need a response from the company when shipped.

Initially had some issues with sizing, but they responded quickly and made it right!

The delivery of the products was really quick. Unfortunately one them was faulty, but the other is working really well and I am very pleased with it.
I have had great customer service to my emails even though I sometimes do not understand clearly what has been on offer. I finally understood what was being said and I am happy with the kindness shown to me and things being fully explained to me. Their replies to my emails were also very fast too.

Run very small, good customer service

The customer service is friendly and cooperative. My purchase was too small and they didn't have a problem sending me a larger size, but told me to keep the wrong size to give it to someone else. That's a 5 star in my book.

Communication so far was good. Hoping the replacement tank tops fit me better. Sizes run small.

I ordered from Heonai correction pillows anti snore pillows,tried them and could"nt get used too them and emailed Heonai and they were so helpfull and very understanding,that i did"nt get on with them and that i wanted to return them.They were very helpfull all the way when contacting them for return addresses and they kept in touch all the time until they received there goods back.I would recommend this company and use again.

Had a poor experience with Hatmeo a couple years ago, but have continued to be attracted to the unique, well-priced products they offer. Decided to give them another chance & ordered Women’s Slim Fit Tank Top with Built-in Bra. Accurate sizing continues to be an issue. The garment was exactly what I wanted but was too small. I requested exchange for a larger size. Was pleasantly surprised by prompt customer service & a satisfactory offer for exchange. In addition, I was not required to send the too-small item(s) back - so was able to donate them to charity. Thank you to Hatmeo!
