It was really fun! It was slightly challenging mid-party to figure out how to change the photo paper and ribbon, but luckily I had a tech savvy guest.

Had this set up for my son’s bar mitzvah and it was a hit! All the kids could operate it easily (you don’t need a phone to use it) and it was fun to get a link to all the photos about a week after our event

Very easy process.

The photo booth was a HUGE success for what we used it for. The set-up/break down and operation with video instruction was absolute Awesome!! Any other events i would recommend getting again!!

KRUU was such a big hit at our wedding! It was so fun to see everyone have a blast and take photos together. We had people of all age ranges use it and it was super easy to do for them to do so. Set up and take down was also very easy. Not to mention the price being affordable! I got to admit, I was a little hesitant at first, but I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a photo booth for their event!

Hesitantly used KRUU for a 45th class reunion hoping for the best. I am a fan. Everything was as advertised! I had never used, seen or participated in a Photo Booth. Everyone at the reunion was in their 60’s and almost everyone participated and had a BALL!
While the “props” that come with the photo booth are cute…. I was extremely happy that I bought my own. Only one of the props that come with the unit was used for one picture. If I had not purchased my own for the party, this review might be very different.
The premium comes with printer and photos print automatically. I was worried we would run out of supplies because was busy most of the night. There were plenty of supplies for pictures to be printed on site. They provide ink replacements as well if needed.
Only other minor feedback is that a set up flyer with images should come in the box and not just a QR code to send us on a phone to view. This created a few road blocks and took up about 20 min more than I hoped. Thankfully someone else with better eyes was able to view the online instructions to get it set up.
Overall quality was excellent.
I couldn’t be happier that I took a chance on this. It created immense laughter and gave us new memory images to hang on to.
The app should be updated so that I can go back in at any time and turn off the feature that allows people u invite to get on it and use the app. Also had to go to the website to do some things and the app to other things. Be helpful not to have to go back and forth.
Perhaps info that you could share with new customers if they choose an option with a printer, is that the box is heavy and long to transport. It’s not anything that one person could easily handle alone. When it came time to return to be shipped back, I needed to use my sweetness and convince some stranger to help me bring it inside to the counter to be processed. Thankfully I had extra hands on the other end to help me. I imagined it coming in a few manageable sized boxes. By preparing customers, it would allow them time to plan for assistance. And lastly, the person who unpacked the box was no where around when it was time to put everything back in to prepare for shipping. I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right… where things went. Again a diagram for this would help.
I give you 5 stars because of quality, efficiency, everything you advertised was true and correct, on time, gave enough time to get it ahead of time and enough time before it has to go back. It was a hit! Worked well! I have already recommended it to a few people.

I had my son‘s 21st birthday party and we rented the photo booth and it was the hit of the party! The quality of the pictures were wonderful, they were so clear, I was really surprised. Plus, it was so easy to put together! The whole experience was perfect from the beginning of receiving it to the end of taking it back. It was a very easy process! I’ll definitely be renting it again for the next big party.

All of the pictures were blurry. The paper ran out right away. I wnat my money back the support line didn’t help at all. What a waste

It was so fun !! I had a sweet 16 for my daughter and all her friends had a blast along with all the adults. I 10000% recommend it!

This was absolutely one of BEST decisions we made for our wedding. The price of the booth was unbeatable and experience flawless. When we shared with guests the costs they were shocked and impressed by the ease of setup and quality! Kruu has gained a lifelong customer 😌

The Photo Booth was a huge hit at our daughter’s 16th birthday party! Not just her girl friends but the guys too! They loved it and took picture after picture for hours.

We rented the booth for our Party before and wedding and the pictures were high quality and everyone loved the experience.

The Photo Booth was the hit of the party. People were lined up and we went through a lot of photo paper that night! It was fun seeing some seasoned adults, as in old people, clown around with the camera. The KRUU service and support were exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Great to use and easy to set up

The printer wasn't working on our wedding day. We spent an hour trying to fix and even had KRUU tech support on the phone. A friend of mine recommended KRUU to me and he had similar difficulty with the printer. However, for me the printer never worked at all. It's was not a wise spend of $350 to have a camera that doesn't print. Despite KRUU offered me a free reprint of the galleries I still feel pretty bad about this product overall. You carry a big box around and spend so much time to set up and phone call with agent to try to fix it just to find out the printer was defective, all on your wedding day, is not worth it.

Very user-friendly set up was easy. The only complaint I have is that it was in a place where it did get shifted a little bit and the angles weren’t exactly great towards the end of the night, but aside from that I couldn’t be happier. Very smooth process received copies of my photos within I think two days of returning the Photo Booth couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend.

Cool product for prom! The kids loved it!

Initially I thought the Kruu Photobooth was a scam because it seemed too good to be true. The Photo Booth exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely be using it again.
