I have ordered coffee pods from KaffeK for some time, once I found that the coffee I like was no longer stocked in UK shops. They offer a massive choice, competitively priced, very easy to order online, efficient delivery and always delicious.

I have ordered from this company multiple times, on my recent order i ordered 100 pod for my nesspresso machine, put the pod in my machine and the pod would not pierce and would burst in the machine.
I complained to the company and they stated that this is a problem with my machine and it isnt compatable !!!
The pods dont even work in the ninja!!!

Customer service is shocking!!! Yea the coffee is cheap but when there js a problem they dont want to know!!!

parcel was in customs forever. I wanted to cancel the order but they refused refund. When parcel arrived after 2/3 weeks, coffees has been opened by customs so I definitely won’t be using something that is already opened. Again they refuse to accept their product back and refuse refund. AVOID!

Really disappointed with my latest border. Up until now I have ordered Tassimo Morning Cafe Strong and been very happy with it. Sometimes delivery is a little slow but always allow for this when I place an order. I was really pleased to find Grand Mere Petit Dejeuner being available as I do prefer a stronger French style coffee. Little more expensive than my previous but happy to pay a little more. Arrived yesterday and looked forward to breakfast today. Total disappointment as when I opened to pack it was exactly the same as the Morning Cafe Strong except more expensive. Contacted KaffeK and the reason given was that my previous order had the wrong label on the pod. Very strange as the latest order is supposed to be a French blend but the label on the pod describes it as Spanish. Am awaiting for a Pre-Paid return label as I feel totally conned by Kaffek.

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and can't fault their service up to now. I recently made an order and added fruit teas to the order, they were not expensive but they were just awful, very sweet with lots of added sugar. I tried to review them on the website but they are not there I emailed the company to let them know and the response was very defensive and they automatically assumed I was looking for compensation which would have been €3 80, honestly Kaffik cop on and respect your customers views

Price is good, delivery could be faster. Sometimes there is too many itens out of stock.

The Dolce Gusto pods in packs of 30 are particularly good value, and I can get high strength coffees which are not available in UK shops, for some reason.
My new favourite is Napoli.
Also, free delivery in the UK for orders over £39 , and only takes about 7 days to arrive after order confirmation, which is impressive considering it's despatched from Denmark.
If you're a coffee fiend +like me+ I thoroughly recommend Kaffek :-)

Coffee is great tasting and at a great price.Delivery was very slow this time without an exlpaination as to why, ordered on the 13th Oct and recieved on the 29th Oct to Ireland.

I love the choice of coffee & the whole buying experience but the last parcel got lost or waylaid somewhere and was finally delivered weeks later with no explanation. They said the issue was with the Irish side but i can see exactly when it arrived in Dublin & it doesn't explain the delay. I would like to have find out why it happened and how we can stop it happening again but no one got back to me. Shame really.

No answer when I phoned the helpline number.

The website said the phone number was staffed 9-5 Monday to Friday, but when I rang that number in-hours, it gave a voicemail claiming to be out-of-hours.

The online site is very well organized, the products are very good and the prices are good.

Good service. I order coffee that I can no longer get here in theUK. Good communication, coffee always arrives well packed and on time. Will continue to use.
