Really great service
Really great service, staff on reception are friendly and helpful. Ross helped especially when my clutch was needing repaired and explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and the pricing was really reasonable. Got my car fixed quickly too. Would definitely recommend

Took my car In for a full service and Mot at the blackhall road centre. Absolutely outstanding customer service from employee named Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble. All sorted and even managed to get my car sorted that day. Will definitely be back!

Not trustworthy
Had work carried out in Bathgate garage to check and change brakes and discs, only to find out that after a month time I had another warning light on the dashboard. Due to the nature of my work I couldn’t take it to Farmers and ended up taking my car to Halfords in Falkirk. They had advised me that my brake pads and sensor were fitted incorrectly due to poor craftsmanship of Fatmers. Upon the conversation with the manager and presentation of the paperwork they denied the problem and refused to speak to Halfords on the phone. Whoever checked the vehicle missed quite a lot and I was worried for my safety while driving a vehicle. It makes me question the reliability of this garage and I don’t recommend it because of the issues I have experienced.
