Honestly, I don't know how it could have gone any better. I've used the service several times now. The website explains the straight-forward process well, it's easy to sign up, and everything so far has gone smoothly. I had one instance where I simply needed to have an item discarded and it was no problem. It's great to be able to access UK items so easily. Cheers from your U.S. cousins!

OMG this company is amazing
OMG this company is amazing! I made an error by shipping my goods to the wrong address and it got delivered next to two garbage bins. I accidentally put in the wrong address of their location and my items would have 100% been lost. But these guys are so amazing they went to that location and picked it up! Incredibly it was there for a couple of days and they were so nice about it. I have nobody else in the UK that could do this and they were so gracious to have done it. They always go above and beyond and they are an amazing company that you can trust 100%. If you need to ship products look no further. They are super quick and response and amazing! I wont ever use anyone else.

The service by ForwardVia was so cheap, much faster than I anticipated and I appreciated how I was kept up to date on each step of the forwarding and delivery process. Unfortunately the seller did not deliver to my country so I really appreciate the service ForwardVia provided. I would highly recommend ForwardVia to everyone!
