A last minute booking
A last minute booking having been let down by another courier.
I needed same day delivery to a remote location, Jason looked it up, sent it out and rang back, as promised within the hour. Unfortunately I couldn't confirm the extra haulage charge (for same day), in that time (compared to previous haulier charge for next day delivery), and we lost the slot but Jason rang it out again and came back with a 2nd driver willing to take the job.
No complaints from the recipient as he had his product the day I had initially promised it, we had no complaints as delivery went smoothly and Jason no complaints as he was paid. All good and would definitely use them again.

They also have helped me with handballing profiles in there vans themselves if I couldn't co-ordinate our site team to be at the collection address on time...overall, very helpful and superb team, highly recommended
