Ukay Express, you are absolutely the best, and thank you for existing in the UK!!!
I still can’t believe it — my parcel arrived in a small town in Russia in just about 2 weeks!! There were expensive items inside, and the parcel cleared customs without any questions.
The team at the storage facility also helped me pack and tape my parcel professionally, and printed and attached all the documents in a waterproof enclosure.
I have already sent many parcels this year, and every time you amaze me. This time the parcel was bigger and included expensive items, so I was especially worried.
I can’t thank you enough for your efficiency, professionalism and amazing help. A huge thank you!
